Dear Mr. Tabara,

I am writing in behalf of my client, ROLANDO SAA. According to his as well as the

documents in his possession, you received a sum of money amounting to Fifty Thousand Pesos

P50,00.00 for the survey and relocation plan of his property located at Capalonga, Camarines

Norte. Based on your agreement, you should deliver the aforementioned survey and relocation

plans to my client. However, to this day, said obligation remains undone despite repeated

demands by my client.

Accordingly, you are hereby given three (3) days from receipt of this letter to refund my

client in full or make arrangements for the conduct of a survey on his property. Otherwise, my

client will be constrained to file the appropriate charges against you in court, with the

corresponding interests, attorney’s fees, litigation expenses and costs to be charged against you.

We hope that we can settle this matter amicably so as to avoid the cost, embarrassment,

and inconvenience of litigation.
