The electronic system detects the malfunction of sensors, output data, relays and input combinations
generating Alarm and Warning Signals which identify the defect and put the system into a safety
condition, stopping the maneuvers in the course and/or the whole of the functions if necessary.

Note:
if you press one time the key , you will read the alarm messages of unit B (when they are present)

Warning Text
Every time you see an Alarm / Warning Signal appearing in the screen of the Display 77., check and
make sure that the event is not temporary by resetting the system as follows:
- Press the emergency button 76. and release it right after, checking at same time that no other
Warning Signal is coming up in the Display;
- Press GO button 13. / 52.;
- If the Alarm / Warning Signal disappears, go ahead with normal operation.
Should the Alarm / Warning Signal persists instead, check what’s wrong with the machine.
When the warning messages scrolling function is activated, the screen will show you the following:

Alarm / Warning Numeric Code and the text appearing in the screen of the “Nano” Display 77.
If everything is going fine with the machine, you will have the following screen appearing in the
“Nano” display 77.:

If you press the key , you will confirm the choice selected.
If you select the icon and confirm with the key , you will go back to the main page.
After this selection the following page will appear in the “Nano” display 77.:

- The upper left corner will show the whole of the allowed maneuvers of boom B1.
The black arrows:

NOTE: Boom B1 Rotation angle R1 and boom B2 Rotation angle R2 are negative before launching.
After launching and with boom B3 rotated under bridge, boom B2 Rotation angle R2 is
comprised between 0°and +180°.
NOTE: When in the center, the boom B1 Rotation angle R1 is -6.0°-/+0.1° and the boom B2 Rotation
angle R2 is -9.0°-/+0.1°.The centering angles values appears with dark background.

where the inclination angles are measured in degrees
NOTE: in order to select the “Z” launching, the allowed extension of the B1 telescope will have to less
than 8.2dm -/+0.2dm and the R1 angle will have to be comprised from 0° to -90°.
When the “Z” launching is selected, in order to be able to set boom B2 in the vertical position it will be
necessary to have a difference between R2 and R1 readings of less than -/+2° and a T2 turntable
inclination angle of less than -/+0.5°. In this condition the light 66 is turn on green and the following
icon appear on the screen:
When the “Z” launching is NOT selected, in order to be able to set boom B2 in the vertical position, it
will be necessary to have R2 at -90° -/+0.5° and R1 at -90° -/+0.5° and a T2 turntable inclination angle
of less than -/+0.5°. In this condition will be allowed extend all the B1 telescope, before launch B2 in
vertical position.
With B2 in vertical position and before to turn the boom B3 underbridge, will be possible extend or
retract the B1 telescope.

where the inclination angles are measured in degrees and the extension in decimeters
NOTE: The value 8.0dm -0.5dm is the rest position telescope extension value to put the boom B1 on
the support.
When “Z” launching is selected and the removable counterweight is present, the maximum allowed
extension of the B1 telescope is 8.2dm -/+0.1dm.
When “Z” launching is NOT selected and removable counterweight is present, the maximum allowed
extension of the B1 telescope is 16 .5dm -/+0.1dm.
Without counterweight positioned on the turret, the machine cannot work.
NOTE: When the rope sensor, to measure the B1 telescope extension, is not present, it will be showed .0
when the B1 telescope is closed and it will be showed .1 when the B1 telescope is open
