 A self-reflection on myself

I am Md. Tazwarul Islam Tasnim, the son of Mr. Abdur Razzaque & Mrs. Taslima Akter. My
home district is Patuakhali. I was born in a respected Muslim family where my father was the
philosopher for me to build up my childhood and my mother was the initial teacher. I am studying
BBA at Patuakhali Science & Technology University. In my way of education journey, I passed
my SSC from Galachipa Govt. High School in 2014 & HSC in 2016 from National Ideal College.
My parents both are govt. service holder.
From my childhood, I try to work in group and manage the group successfully. I have learned to
work in a team, as an effective leader or a devoted member. My hobby is communicating with
people diplomatically. I like to spend some time doing roof farming. All sorts of creative and
innovative activities attract me since those early school days. My short-term goal is get a
prestigious job in an international organization in which i can improve my skills and knowledge.
My long-term goal is to be an entrepreneur.
My strength is that I am organized, good at planning my time and I remain driven by my passion.
I am also good at communication skill which enables me to convince people in my favor through
logical argument. I can also set my heart to stick to my goal until the goal has been achieved.
My limitation is I am not quick decision maker. To make decision I need more analyzing the
situation. I often lack in self believe and confidence. This is something I struggle with; I often get
to involved with my work that I don’t give myself enough free time. I need to stay focused and
keep my eye open for opportunities that can help me reach my goals. I am my own worst enemy
and hold the biggest threat. Fears of failure creates a lot of negativity which could potentially stand
in my way.
Being an individual who firmly believes that learning never stops. I want to continue learning and
enhancing my skills to be an entrepreneur. That is all about myself.
