III: PROBLEM PRESENTED

Rovern Keith O. Cuenca is a student from MMG College of General Santos City. He had a
problem with his studies and he was asking for help to pay his school fees amounting of Php5,
320.00 due to financial constraint.
IV: HISTORY OF THE PROBLEM

Rovern Keith Cuenca had a problems with his school fees when they had to pay for
electricity, water, and the boarding house where they lived and his mom and his dad had a
hard time paying his school fees.

In the morning of April 15 2020, Rovern Keith Cuenca was ready to go to school to pay his
tuition fee for the midterm examination but there was a problem because Rovern didn’t know
that he couldn’t pay his school fees because his mother had to pay first all the bills for their
house because that was more important for them because they are just renting the house and
they have to pay it because it time to pay.

On the following week Rovern went to school and asked for a promissory note because he
could not pay the school fee amounting of Pph1, 320.00 in midterm and he paid Php500.00
because his father did not have a big salary and his father was having a difficulty earning big
because of Corona virus disease (covid19) that we are facing and there was no stock in their
workplace and because of that his father did not have a work sometimes.

V: BACKGROUND OF THE CLIENT

The client is 19 years old and he is originated from Koronadal South Cotabato and he lived
now in Purok 1, Falalimpa Street, Apopong General Santos City.

FAMILY

Rovern was still living with his parents since he was little and until now he was college. Rovern
is the second among the three siblings, Rovern’s parents decided to build a house for them in the
same compound so that they can still with each other together.
Before the pandemic, Rovern’s mother worked at Ereneo Elementary school in General
Santos and took care of their daily expenses and his father did a good job at Klermend marketing
here as well in gensan. His sister Kreizelle is studying at Villamore College of gensan and taking
Bachelor of Science in office administration as a second year college student and his brother Kenjay
the younger brother is currently grade 10 student in Ereneo elementary school.
Rovern is also an artist and he also know how to draw just like school project and etc. And
because of his talent he has a source of money for his accomplishment and also because of his extra
job Rovern can buy things he need for himself and he also helps his father and mother for daily
expenses.
COMMUNITY

The family is living in their rent house in Barangay Apopong, General Santos City temporarily
because they cannot find some rent house with good and low cost near at the center of the city.
The community of the client in Koronadal City, Province of South Cotabato is productive and
also it is a one of the competitive city here in Mindanao. Most of the people in their community
engage in farming and motorcycle driving to help their family. And the patient family has a positive
attitude with their neighbors. They also participate in church and community activities.
