Independence Day Celebration

The auspicious day began by hoisting of the flag by our respected
Principal Dr. J. M. Mallikarjunaiah at 9.00 am. The teaching and non-
teaching staff assembled with utmost pride in the college campus for
the flag hoisting ceremony. The ceremony witnessed the singing of the
national anthem by the faculties, Dr. Mahantesh M., Assistant Professor
and Ms. Anusha V, Assistant Professor with utmost reverence and pride.
Soon after the flag hoisting ceremony, faculties Ms. Zeenia S and Dr.
Chaitraprasad spoke briefly sharing their insights reflecting the
importance of the day by remembering of freedom fighters and
heightening patriotic fervor. This was followed by a vote of thanks
rendered by Ms. Meghana, Assistant Professor.

20-08-2020 The first day session started with the opening speech of Dr. Manoj Kumar
Hiremath, who talked about the peer guided workshop on outcome-
based education. His speech highlighted the need to aid students on how
to do certain things, rather than just informing what to do. Mr. Ashwary
Sharma, further detailed about the ways to achieve outcome-based
education through scientific methods. He discussed what outcome-
based education is, and how tools like course plan can be utilized to
achieve the desired outcome.
