To supply eight (8) units of new handphone (Samsung Note 20

Ultra or equivalent) with sim card 50gb per month including 24
months subscription.
i. The contractor shall bare the cost of communication bills for
3.2 sim card data 3G/4G LTE until Defects Liability Period ends (24
months).
ii. The contractor shall replace the existing sim cards with the
new sim cards (provided by Air Selangor) at the end of Defects
Liability Period (DLP).

To supply two (2) units of laptop (CPU 11th Generation Intel

3.3 Core I7 processor, 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD or equivalent
specification).

To supply and delivery one (1) unit of chemical transporter as

specification below:
i. Toyota Hilux Double Cab 2.4E AT 4X4 GUN125R-DETSXE in
Super White II Color complete with accessories.
ii. To supply and install reputable brand (ARB) hard top canopy
with windows (white paint similar to vehicle's body paint color)
with warranty two (2) years against leak and manufacturing
defect. (material type ABS - Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)
iii. To supply and install Toyota Security Solar Tinted Film for
vehicles windows with JPJ compliance.
iv. Contractor should prepare Road Tax for One (1) year and
allocate for Registration Fees. (Company Private). Registration
plate no. must be State of Selangor Registration Number.
v. To supply and install 'AIR Selangor' logo sticker and stripes for
Pick Up and vehicles body laminated with clear coat
3.4 polyurethane. (Outer body only after sticked the stripes)
vi. To supply and install Toyota reverse camera and dash
monitor.vii. Cabin shall be equipped with fabricated stainless-
steel loading tray for Sodium Hypochlorite transportation.
Loading tray should be able to accommodate loads up to 250kg.
viii. Cabin should be equipped with ventilation fan.
ix. To provide five (5) years warranty or 150,000km mileage
(whichever occurs first)
x. Motor Insurance must be issued from Alliance Under Air
Selangor Insurance Brokers (Sum Insurred RM115,000 or to be
determined by Air Selangor Insurance Brokers - Pn Nurul
Hidayah Zainal - 017 214 2607)
