CHAPTER 1

THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND AND REVIEW OF RELATED

LITERATURE AND STUDIES

Introduction

Electricity is used for every appliance that people use in their daily lives.

Electrical Technology is very important part of modern medical treatments. So,

electrical properties such as conductivity and insulation properties must be

considered (Wilcox, 2005). By these terms one can learn how perform the

electrical installation properly and can also learn how to prevent the possible

danger and accidents. It is also essential to know the proper and improper uses

of tools, and materials in doing electrical works. In the time of any accidents a

person should know what to do to decrease the chance to make any risk.

Early man relied on fire for the luxuries of light heat and cooking. Today,

man takes all these for granted. At the flick of the switch, a push of the button or

the turn of the knob, he can have instant power. Electricity plays a huge part in

man’s everyday life. Whether it is at home, school, the local shopping center, or

the workplace, daily routines rely heavily on the use of electricity. From the time

people woke up in the morning until they use their pillows at night, their daily lives

are dependent on Electricity (Zonuri, 2016). People cannot work without the help

of electricity; electricity can be used in any ways in the equipment and many

others. By the means of electricity, people can use the heavy equipment to help

them in their daily work not only work but can be used also in working out,

exercises and many more. People can make multiple things at a time by using

the equipment and materials but it also needs electricity to work.

Electricians work on electrical equipment and in the homes, factories,

business and building, both existing and under construction, to install, repair and

maintain power, lighting, communications and control systems. Electricians can

help any people who needs a maintenance for their electrical equipment for the

maintenance of their homes wirings and also in some kinds of motors specially

DC Motors or Direct Current Motors. And also you can find job with high salary or

sometimes you can find an extra job that related in doing electrical equipment

and materials. Sometimes electricians can supervised some electrical activities,

electricians can check if the wiring or the wiring system is correct or properly

operated by the workers in the sites of construction. Electricians can work

anytime without any permission, electricians can work without boss. Anytime

when electricians needed in the construction sites they can work.

Electrical surges can be caused by anything from lighting strikes, damage

to power lines, faulty appliances and bad electrical wiring in the house. While an

In the times of any accidents people needs an immediate response

especially medical treatment, but victims can also use any kinds of emergency

accidents or disaster anyone in the community can become a victims of those

calamities people cannot stop the disaster or the calamities but they can prevent

or decrease the chance of large damage in the community. In the times of any

people died in just in a seconds because they cannot communicate the rescuers
