WORK ENGIE SOLUTIONS BRAZIL Sao Paulo, Brasil

2020 – today Financial Structuring and Performance Manager
 Implemented the Credit Analysis procedure which is now the standard for determining a potential client, or guarantor,
credit score. Policy was active since early 2020 but it had not been enforced due to its complexity and technicalities
 Habilitated Engie Solutions to be able to receive loans in excess of R$100 million directly from the national
development bank (BNDES). Loans from BNDES are extremely difficult to be obtained due to the bureaucracy and
technicality involved in the request and, therefore, most corporations use intermediaries. I was able to make Engie
eligible for these loans directly from BNDES in less than 3 months
 Supported Engie Solar Power Generation as interim controller for 3-weeks helping the team with the monthly routines
(my brief tenure was exactly during the closure of the month, from Feb 22nd to Mar 15th)
 Coordinated a bid to raise a bridge-loan to fund Engie while waiting for the disbursement of the BNDES loan,
mentioned above. More than 10 commercial banks participated on the bid and as a result of this effort Engie received
Binding Offers which exceeded R$ 1 billion, with rates and conditions significantly more attractive than market average
 Supported the commercial team by thoroughly explaining how the economic model built by AIFA worked and be
identifying gaps in the model which should not be taken into consideration. AIFA is already aware of the need for
improvements and will release a new version of the model because of this action
