The iPhone 11 Pro Max are smartphones designed, developed and marketed by Apple Inc. They
are the 13th-generation flagship iPhones, succeeding the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max,
respectively. Apple CEO Tim Cook unveiled the devices alongside a lower-end model, the iPhone
11, on September 10, 2019, at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park. Pre-orders began on
September 13, 2019, and the phones went on sale on September 20.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max both have an A13 Bionic processor. Both phones have three internal
storage options: 64 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB, and have 4 GB of RAM. Both models are rated
IP68 water and dust resistant, and are resistant for 30 minutes at a depth of 4 meters. The warranty
does not cover any water damage to the phone. Also, like previous iPhones, both phones do not
have a headphone jack, and come with wired EarPods with a Lightning connector

The iPhone 11 Pro Max have OLED display. The iPhone 11 Pro Max models feature a Super
Retina XDR Display and a notch at the top for the TrueDepth camera system and speaker. Apple
describes the display as having a "mini Apple Pro Display XDR" on a phone. The screen has an
oleophobic coating that is fingerprint resistant.

The iPhone 11 Pro supports 4K video up to 60 fps and 1080p slow motion at up to 240 fps. The
phone also features an audio zoom feature which focuses audio on the area that is being zoomed
in on. All the cameras support video although only the wide and telephoto come with optical image
stabilization. Video can be captured with multiple cameras at the same time, through the multi
camera recording feature. The front camera also supports stabilized 4K video recording up to
60fps.

The latest Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max price in Malaysia market starts from RM4799. It is available
in Space Gray, Silver, Gold, Midnight Green (matte colors) colours.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max use a "Super Retina" XDR display, which Apple says is its best display
ever in an iPhone. The Super Retina display features support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, and
wide color gamut for unparalleled color accuracy.

Compared to a traditional LCD display, such as the display in the iPhone 11, the iPhone 11 Pro
is noticeably higher quality, especially when it comes to highlights and shadows. Blacks are
blacker, whites are whiter, and everything just looks more realistic and like it does in real life.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max features a resolution of 2688 x 1242 at 458 ppi.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max is the "most durable iPhone" it's tested in generations. Apple's
iPhone 11 Pro Max fared the best in a bend test, bending at 251 pounds of pressure.

processing unit (GPU) with 20% faster graphics performance and 40% lower power consumption
than the A12's. Apple claims their A13's eight-core Neural Engine dedicated neural network
hardware is 20% faster and consumes 15% lower power than the A12's.

Firstly, the Apple company provides a good build quality on the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The iPhone
11 Pro Max retains the attractive stainless steel and glass design of the previous two iPhone
flagships families which is the iPhone X and XS but with a larger, square cutout on the back to
accommodate the new triple-lens camera system. A new Midnight Green colour joins previous
Space Gray, Silver, and Gold versions. Another potential issue is that the iPhone 11 Pro Max is
heavier and a bit thicker than previous iPhone flagships, an interesting reversal of Apple’s
previously relentless pursuit of ever thinner and lighter devices.

Secondly, the iPhone 11 Pro Max guaranteed software updates till new updates isn’t compatible
with phone architecture. This is an advantage to iPhone users because they will have a latest iOS
version even though their iPhone is outdated. Keeping your software up to date is one of the most
important things you can do to maintain your Apple product's security. At the time of writing, the
latest Apple software update is iOS 14.2.1. Assuming you’re already on a version of iOS 14, this
won’t bring you any spectacular new features. But it should to help fix a few of the bugs that
blighted iOS 14.

Thirdly, Apple brand name and marketing. Apple company is a well-known company
worldwide, so every product their launch will get a lot of fans and supporter. Even if the product
high end price, people still buy it because Apple is a famous brand. Many apps and games are

still published in Apple ecosystem first. This is because many developer trusted with Apple
company because the Apple company is a well-known company worldwide.

Lastly, everyone knows that iPhone provides a great camera’s quality and good display screens.
Since the Apple company launch iPhone, everyone shocked with Apple because they can give a
good camera’s quality. And since that, Apple maintain give the best they could to make a best
smartphone camera. Apple also make iPhone have a good display screens to satisfy the users. The
display screens have a very colourful and bright screens. This make users very happy when using
the iPhone.

on 27 September 2019. It available across all Apple authorised resellers such as Machines, Switch,

i – Long-Lasting Battery

The iPhone 11 Pro Max have a big battery capacity at 3969 mAh. The iPhone 11 Pro Max can
consistently run for 12 to 14 hours on a single charge, with over 10 hours of screen-on time reported
in the battery settings per 24-hour period. The iPhone 11 Pro Max have a fast charging which is
18W and can get 50% battery with a 30 minutes charge. the iPhone 11 Pro Max battery life has
been impressive, especially compared to any previous iPhone. Apple’s also finally relented and

because the chipset will be outdated.

customers and increase customer loyalty. Service ability also can increase the amount of money
each customer spends with your business and increase how often a customer buys from the
business. And the greatest things about customer service is it can generate positive word-of-mouth
about your business.

Apple has a store that sells its products which is Machines. Machines was established in 2006.
Machines aim is to be the one stop Apple reseller in Malaysia. And it is now the largest Apple
Premium Reseller (APR) in Malaysia with 15 stores situated within Klang Valley, 1 in Pahang and
3 stores in Johor Bahru. Machines store concepts offers a full range of Apple related accessories
and large number of demo units for customers to experience. The stores also carry the largest range
of Apple accessories in Malaysia.

Machines provides service ability that can repair the physical damage, change the battery, Apple
ID problems, remove the virus, update, backup and restore the Apple’s products. So, Machines
can give perfect services to the iPhone 11 Pro Max if you go to the Machines store nearby.

10. DIMENSION: AESTHETICS

The design of the iPhone 11 Pro Max is amazing. From the front, it looks just like the previous
iPhone like XS and XS Max models which is richly detailed OLED display covering the entire
front, save for the True Depth Sensor at the top (some call this the notch). Same black frame around
the display, narrow and even all round. It's black, even if you choose the silver or gold versions of
the iPhone 11 Pro Max which on earlier models would have sported a white frame. Which means
the notch doesn’t stand out, of course, when the display is off.

The stainless-steel frame is also like the previous iPhone XS, but not like the iPhone 11 Pro
Max which has an aluminum edge. According to the color of iPhone you choose, the stainless steel
is matched to it. So, on the silver version, the stainless steel is not colored at all. On the gold, space
gray and midnight green iPhone 11 Pro Max, the frame is tinted perfectly to complement as
appropriate. It's a neat detail that looks great.

Turn the phone over and the back is what sets the iPhone 11 Pro apart, both from previous
iPhones and the iPhone 11. For a start, it's a matte-finish glass that looks and feels just great. Even
after four months, the feel of the phone is unlike other handsets which is smooth but not glossily
smooth and deeply classy. Not overly slippy, either.

There's one part of the back which is glossy, though that the area where the three cameras sit.
It's a slightly raised square (with curved edges, of course, this being Apple). It's color-matched to
the back of the phone, but with a gloss finish. This is the stylistic reverse of the iPhone 11 which
has a gloss back save for a camera square which is matte.

Because the square itself is color-matched to the rest of the phone, the overall impression is not
of the square but of the three lenses which protrude from it.

Leaked versions and renders ahead of the launch almost all got the look of the back of the phone
wrong. They thought the camera square would be bulkier with lenses flush to a deeper bump and
colored black. The final result was much, much better. On darker finishes like midnight green and
space gray, the cameras are barely noticeable. On the gold and silver models they really stand out.

11. DIMENSION: PERCEIVED QUALITY

Most of the customers said that the iPhone 11 Pro Max is the best phone in 2019. It can give
the best shot on camera and video. If you want to watch a movie with this phone it is the best
because it has an OLED and a bright screen on the screen. Playing games with this phone will
not have problem at all, many gamers out there use this phone in e-sports competition. This
phone has A13 Bionic is a second fastest chipset in the world, so this found so fast. The battery
of iPhone 11 Pro Max is so good, not like the previous iPhone which is you have to need power
bank with you most of the time. The size of this iPhone 11 Pro Max is quite big so you will
satisfy while use this phone. But the lack of the iPhone 11 Pro Max is you have to spend a big
amount of your money to buy it. The iPhone 11 Pro Max is suite to use for work, gamers,
instafamous.

12. CONCLUSION

As conclusion the iPhone 11 Pro Max is very good phone. This phone is suite for everyone to
use it. The iPhone 11 Pro Max has a very good on camera and video quality, gaming
performance, system software, battery, screen display. But this phone should improve the
problem which is wireless charging. Issues with dysfunctional wireless charging are fairly
widespread. The next problem is activation issues. Activation issues are common when you try
to get a new phone up and running for the first time, regardless of the model. And the last
problem is bluetooth connection issues. The problem isn’t connecting, the problem is holding the
connection. If Apple can fix this, it may attract a lot of people to buy it when they see a lot of
good reviews about the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
