INTRODUCTION

RTX Cinemas Sdn Bhd is the one of the well-known cinemas in Malaysia. Main
office for business’s RTX Cinemas at Menara RGB, Kuala Lumpur. RTX cinemas mission
is to provide international quality services for its customer. The vision for a long-term goal in
future we want to be first choice cinema content operator that is recognized for total
entertainment experience. It is founded by Teuku Zakaria bin Ramlee on October 30, 2000.

RTX Cinemas have entertained countless movie’s lovers with memories of a special
day out since they first opened their doors in 2001. They improvise to be better every day.
Just to return for a more thrilling cinematic experience, happy memories. Behind these
displays, they have a devoted team that is devoted to making consumers smile. To give it a
new appearance, primarily to embrace a friendlier, lively, contemporary feel, they
refurbished some of their flagship sites. To optimize the space, some of the cinema halls
were rebuilt and renovated.

As of December 2020, RTX Cinemas had 55 multiplexes with 2070 screens and
more than 1,550 seats in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Johor and
Kedah. The newly opened RTX Cinemas is at Galaxy Ampang, Selangor. RTX Cinemas is
100% digital. Moviegoers can enjoy unmatched brightness, sharpness and superior images
in high-definition contents such as films, documentaries and other alternative content in
superior quality.

RTX won Bronze Award in 2013 and 2014 for Putra Brand Awards, Media &
Entertainment Category. While in 2018 and 2019, RTX achieved Gold Award in the Putra
Brand Award.
PROJECT BACKGROUND

Synopsis

Our Company, RTX Cinemas Sdn Bhd is a high-end professional visual computing
platform. It primarily used for designing complex large-scale models in architecture and
product design, scientific visualization, energy exploration, and film and video production.
RTX facilitates a new development in computer graphics of generating interactive images
that react to lighting, shadows, reflections. RTX runs on Nvidia Ampere- Volta- and Turing-
based GPUs, specifically utilizing the Tensor cores (and new RT cores on Turing) on the
architectures for ray tracing acceleration. RTX Cinemas Sdn.Bhd offer high quality movie
service. We provide a website for customers to booked a ticket through our website. This
website will
facilitate customers to buy tickets and enjoy the movie they want to watch easier. In addition,
they can also contact us regarding our business and have any problems from the contact
details provided in our RTX Cinemas website. Hence, there functional in our website.

This page is where it includes search bar, functions and buttons.
 Login/Registration Page
This page will ask the customer to login if they already have an account or register if
they did not have any account. This page also become interconnection between the
customer and admin. Customer will login using No phone or Email.
 Select Movie/Date/Time/Number of Person
This page will display the movie that available on RTX cinemas. Our beloved
customer will choose the movie that they want to watch.
 Select Seat
This page will display available seat on RTX cinemas for the movie. They need to
select their seat.
 Select Category (Adult/Child/OKU/Senior/Student)
This page will display a few categories for they choose.
 Confirmation Page
This page will display a confirmation button.
 Checkout Page
This page will display the details of customer reservation. It also includes the total
and checkout button.
 Payment Mode
This page will display the payment mode for the customers.
 Ticket
This page will display the ticket of the reservation for the movie.

Our website provides many features such as the selection of movies, their models,
date and seat.
 Users can register a new account.
 Users can login with an existing account.
 Admins can add new movie available, edit and delete existing movie.
 Users can view movie’s details.
 Users can view their reservation.
 Users are able to filter the products based on their categories.
 Users can view the total payment.
 The website has an option for online payment
 Our website provides a ticket in a document.

Since RTX Cinemas SDN.BHD sells various type of movie ticket, our targeted
audience can be any people who wants to watch a movie depending on the story they are
interested in at our cinema. For the smaller scale, our target audience was only focusing on
Malaysian citizen since we can provide the best price for Malaysian citizen and the process
will be much easier compare to foreigner.
