I. Executive Summary

The La Casa Pilipinas is a beach resort in Calatagan

Batangas that was establish to cater locals as well as visitors and
tourists. We offer relaxing place to guest. Rooms for rent for those

who intend to stay over for a while. Our beach resort had been
empowered to draft and implement strategies that will only make
us penetrate the target market but also make us stand out from
others. We intend to engage in intense publicity to ensure that we
create awareness about our beach resort to our community, state
and the whole Philippines. We will not relent in ensuring that we
offer our customers excellent service when it comes to customer
care. Basically, our guest care executives as well as working on the
front desk have been adequately trained to attend to the inquiries
and complaints of customers promptly.

La Casa Pilipinas was established on year 2020 owned by

Adrian Bayas, Alexis Eusebio, Miriam Grace Garcia, John Louis
Pardito and Jean Mitchelle Socias. It created some of world’s most
highly regarded intimate luxury beach resort from our home base
