• Scheduled on BBC One which targets a mass audience –
it is the most watched British television channel
• Large range of characters and a situations in the
programme that we can all relate to (travel/holidays) gives
the programme mass appeal
• Programme reflects diversity of Britain (PSB remit)
• Matt Lucas and David Walliams will bring an inherited
audience – they are well known faces on the BBC and
reflect the values of the channel.
