The COVID-19 pandemic has led
many of us to change our routine
and lifestyle.
Since the pandemic began, we have only heard cases of
deaths and more infections on the news.
Although the vaccine to immunize has already arrived in
our country and is being applied to our older adults, that
does not mean that we should neglect prevention
measures, since the pandemic is not over yet.
Many young people and adults in our city ignore the rules
and this is reflected in the "Covid parties" they hold.
For example, in our city, the restaurant "La frontera" has
just closed permanently for holding Covid parties.
 This and many more examples
that we see on a daily basis in
the news make us understand
that many people have not yet
understood how dangerous this
terrible disease can be.
Finally, I want to remind you
of the basic prevention
measures to prevent
COVID-19.
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20
seconds.
If you go out of the house, never forget to wear
a mask and face shield.
Respect the distance of 2 meters to avoid
crowds.
If you have an elderly relative at home, encourage
them and accompany them to receive their
vaccinations.
By following these basic
steps, you are already
protected.
