Every day I do the chores like swiping the floor, washing the plates, etc.
After doing the chores I am answering my modules and do the task that is given
to us by our professors. Bathing my dog is what I am doing when I am done to all
the things that I am doing for that day and walking going to the store to instead
of riding motorcycles for me to have a strong bones and improve balance as well.
Honestly I literally spending much time watching my favorite teleserye
as well as variety show on television. If I don’t want to watch on television I am
using my phone to watch Tiktok videos to remove my boredom. But I am trying
to lessen the time on those activities because of the radiations that I could get from
the television and mobile phones that I usually using for almost 2-3 hours.
2-3 times a week when I have a leisure time I loved to listen to calm music
the reason for the circumstance is that it makes me feel relaxed and relieved from
the stress that I have experienced. When I’m not in the mood to listen to music I
am doing my passion which is photography. I wanted to capture moments that I
can keep for the rest of my life. In that way when the time comes I will just browse
those photos that I took with many memories behind it. Dancing is what I am doing
whenever I saw new trending on Tiktok but then I am not like other dancers out
there that’s why if I did not get the steps that easy I just give up and try again in
the next day until I get the right steps and groove along with the music itself. I also
do sit ups to reduce back pain and injury as well at it will help to strengthen my
core.
3-5 times a week for 20 minutes I do biking and exercise usually I did
this every morning to have some energy that I may use for the rest of the day. I
also play badminton to reduce stress and to improve my flexibility.

my posture. Gardening makes my mom happy that’s why I help her to take care
of her plants and making sure that they are getting enough sunlight as well as
water.

healthy weight, strengthen my muscles and improve my cardiovascular fitness.
Gardening is a mood boosting activity, it also aids my combat loneliness in such
time I am not that much jolly. Basketball is not my typical type of recreational
activities but made me feel to love it because it makes me sweat a lot that helps me
in losing weight and also help to improve my coordination, flexibility, and
endurance.

To be honest, I spend a lot of time watching my favorite teleserye and
variety program on television. If I don't want to watch television, I turn to Tiktok
videos on my phone to pass the time. But, due of the radiation from the television
and mobile phones, which I generally use for approximately 2-3 hours, I'm
attempting to spend less time on those things.
When I have free time, I like to listen to soothing music about 2-3 times
a week since it helps me feel comfortable and released from the stress that I have
been experiencing. When I'm not listening to music, I'm pursuing my other interest,
photography. I wanted to capture memories that I would be able to cherish for the
rest of my life. As a result, when the time comes, I'll simply go over the photographs
I shot, which include numerous memories. When I see something new trending on
Tiktok, I immediately start dancing. However, I am not like other dancers, so if I
don't get the steps right away, I simply quit up and try again the next day until I
learn the appropriate steps and can groove along with the music. . I also do sit-
ups to help with back pain and injury prevention, as well as strengthening my core.
3-5 times per week for a total of 20 minutes I normally go for a bike
ride and exercise in the morning to get some energy for the rest of the day. I also
play badminton to relax and increase my flexibility.

distractions and interruptions during our workday.
