Hi,

Have online meeting and consultation with our CT. He gives advise us about the things
that we need to improve in order be an effective and efficient educator someday. He is a
blessing to have him as our CT, because he dedicated his time an effort to us, in sharing some
insight to help us to improve our work. And This day he let us observed his way of teaching so
we can gain some knowledge and technique to have an engaging class discussion and what is
the teaching and learning process is all about in an online setting. Meanwhile he given us a task
to make a PPT for the class that we are assigned, so we can enhance our creativity in making
our PPT that’s look more engaging just simply seeing the presentation our students will have an
interest to listen in our discussion.

Hello,

Attended the morning class schedule, because my scheduled is on TTH, to give support
to my group mates we are instructed by our CT to attend the class of my other classmates. And
let us observed how the students participated in the class discussion, and what types of
reinforcement is applied by our CT to his class and how he encourages the students to
participate and on how he responded the students query. According to our CT having a positive
reinforcement is big help in engaging the students in the teaching and learning process and it
makes our task more simply because the students will have a goal to learn the lesson. Lastly it
motivated them answer more because they feel appreciated. Add on that, he also is we must
use words of affirmation to boost the confidence of our students.

Remember: The words of affirmation, example:

 Very Good, Thank you, Excellent, and etc.

Hi,

Our CT asked us to make an observation note for his class, so that we are guided in our
making of accomplishment report. and he always reminded us to make and submit our weekly
accomplishment, so that we can avoid cramming in these following days. I observed the
morning class schedule and after the class, an online consultation took place. In regards about
our observation while he teaches, and asked what we are going to do to improved our teaching.
On this day our CT give us, a self-assessment in order for us to reflect the things that we do in
our past day performances. He wanted us to improve more in our way of teaching that we
should give our very best in our teaching. Our CT give us advices but it has no use if we are not
putting it into action. Thank you, sir Balo!!
