Idea 1 Ajayi says it's difficult juggling work and education.
Fact 1 "I am not ashamed that I wear uniform, when I go out in the morning I wear it, carry my bag, my
book and go to school. Whoever that is looking at me should look.''
Fact 2 But Ajayi responds that it's not her duty to pay attention to them.
Instead she hopes other women aspiring to receive an education will look at her, and learn from her
example.
Fact 3 In my work I couldn't speak good English and I was writing incorrectly. People around me can
read and write and they are succeeding in their businesses, that is why I decided to come and study
too so that I would be able to write and stop going to ask people to help me write.''
Idea 2 ["Schools as we know them are obsolete"] 
Fact 1 It's quite fashionable to say that the education system's broken
Fact 2 In fact, they need to be able to read discerningly. 
Fact 3 Well, that's today, but we don't even know what the jobs of the future are going to look like.
Idea 3 So, when I was in art school, I developed a shake in my hand, and this was the straightest
line I could draw
 I was making all these scribble pictures.
 And even though it wasn't the kind of art that I was ultimately passionate about, it felt great.
 And more importantly, once I embraced the shake, I realized I could still make art. I just had to find a
different approach to making the art that I wanted. 

Question 2
From the 3 most important ideas of sentence 1, we can see that a growth mindset is very necessary in
the 21st century
Because there are many changes in the 21st century, we need to adapt quickly to the daily changes of
the world. With Shade Ajayi's mature mindset, she left her own business to update her knowledge,
knowledge that made her more stable and mature.

Question 3
1. Facing challenges makes us more courageous in life, makes it easier for us to overcome any
challenge, it also helps us to adapt to any learning environment as we face it. Facing challenges
makes us more and more progress, not afraid to face difficulties, facing challenges helps us to
study more effectively, find the optimal solution in learning. help us not be afraid of challenges

2. Updating knowledge it gives us a lot of new knowledge that helps us to know what the world
needs, knowing what we do is necessary for our studies as well as for our lives. As well as facing
challenges, updating knowledge is equally important, it is like the key to opening the gate to
the world to become a global citizen.

3. In addition to the two things mentioned above, there is another important thing, which is
GLOBAL CITIZEN
practice. If we update our knowledge daily, or face challenges without training, it's nothing. If
we combine all these 3 things, we will have an increasingly muscular brain, it is the gate as well
as the key to help us become strong and brave to face all the messages in life. Practice for us to
review the things that have been done and add the things that have not been done
