The Special Program of Employment of Students is a special program conducted

by the Department of Labor together with public and private agencies which aims to
help students with their education through giving them special programs like summer
jobs. I was one of the lucky students/ beneficiaries who given an opportunity to work in
the Municipality of Tanay, Rizal as part of this program. This is the second year of my
employment and I was endorsed again in the Treasury Department.
First day was start by attending Online orientation led by Ms. Gulfo and PESO
Tanay. The second day the assigned task was to arrange received requirements (i.e.,
General intake sheets, ID's and letters) for the Financial Assistance (Ayuda) distributing
it for several departments the Accounting Department, Commission on Audit MSWD,
and Treasury, respectively, photocopying of Intake Sheets for the second copy,
receiving and delivering documents to different Departments, getting supplies from the
General Services Office and answering phone calls. Also, we delivered filed received
requirements to different offices necessary to the liquidation of Financial Assistance
(Ayuda).
It was a great job experience especially to those students who seeks a job that
fits to their qualifications. And as a beneficiary, I would like to pour my gratitude to those
people who help me to boost my ability to work hard with the employees of the
Municipality of Tanay, Rizal.
