Rec. No. 1470), situated in the Barrio of Sta. Cruz, Municipality of
Ligao, Province of Albay. Bounded on the NE., points 4 to 5 by Lot
2917-B-2- of the subdivision plan and points 5 to 7 by the Irrigation
Canal and beyond Lot 2854.x x x containing an area of 5,234 square
meters, more or less.”

That we, EDWARD B. FERRER, MELIZA ROSE B.FERRER, PEARL B.FERRER,


and CARMENCITA B. ANDRADA, do hereby WAIVE, ASSIGN, TRANSFER, and
QUIT our claims, interests in, rights, ownerships, and participation to, over the
above-mentioned parcel of land, in favor of our brother ROCKY B. FERRER.
