Sub: Application for Cancellation of Flat bearing no. (unit no.) in the Tower (Tower
No) (hereinafter referred to as “the said flat”) in L&T Realty RAINTREE
BOULEVARD (Project name) and shifting to flat bearing no. (Unit No.) in the
Tower (Tower No.) (“New flat”).

Dear Mr./Ms./M/s. TEAM CRM,

We, the undersigned, have pursuant to the Booking Application dated ______, booked
the said flat in L&T Realty RAINTREE BOULEVARD (Project name) situated in
BELLARY ROAD, BYATARAYANAPURA.

We are, now, desirous of modifying the said booking by shifting from the said flat to
flat bearing no. _________ in Tower ______ of L&T Realty RAINTREE
BOULEVARD (Project Name). Accordingly, we wish to withdraw the application
dated ______ for booking of the said flat.

We hereby state and confirm that, we have not created any right, title, interest and/or
mortgage, etc., of any nature whatsoever, in respect of the said flat and the same is
free from all encumbrances. We hereby confirm that you are absolutely free and
entitled to sell and/or dispose of the said flat to any person/s as you may deem fit and
proper and also to execute agreements and any other related
documents/correspondence in respect of the said flat, without any reference and/or
prior intimation to us, with immediate effect.

We say that, we have no objection for you adjusting the payment made by us, till date,
in respect of the said flat towards part consideration for the new flat. We further
confirm that the difference of amount of Rs. ………………../- (Rupees …[difference
of amount to be mentioned if its upgrade]

consideration of the new flat, on or before _______

We undertake to comply with all the requisitions, formalities etc., and to execute and
cause to execute and sign all necessary documents for the purpose of shifting from the
said flat to the new flat solely at our costs, risk and expenses. We further undertake to
pay all the necessary charges, cost, expenses etc. that may be required to be paid by us
for the same, as per your company policy.
We absolve you of any liability of any nature that may arise due to such
modifications/shifting.

We further state and confirm that upon shifting to the new flat, all the documents
issued in our favour in respect of said flat, shall be deemed to be cancelled/redundant
and we shall not have any right, title or interest in respect of said flat, in any manner,
whatsoever.

Subject to the above, we request you to kindly cancel the booking of the said flat and
to kindly process with our fresh application for booking flat bearing no. (Full unit
Details) in the Tower (Tower No.) for consideration of Rs. ………………../-
