I have known Gemechu Teshale for over five years now. As a senior instructor and academic
advisor in civil engineering department, I have known him as he always displays an immense
amount of self-discipline, kindness and positivity.

Gemechu is well behaved and industrious student. He has strong sense of responsibility and
strives hard to do his best. He treats his friends with sincerity and teachers with respect.

Over the time I have known him, Gemechu has showed passion for team work and he is very
well liked by his fellow team mates for enthusiasm in supporting others. In addition, he is
detail oriented and extremely competent. He always come up with a solution whenever he
encounters problems. He is confident and self-reliant in what he always does. He is strong
minded, never feels hopeless and has courage to stand-up to challenge. He also works very
well under pressure and completes tasks before the deadline.

Whenever Gemechu informed me that he wanted to study master’s degree at your university I
was delighted. I am confident in his strong powers of determination and enthusiasm towards
