“You're a man looking at the world through a keyhole. You've spent your life trying to widen it.
Your work saved the lives of thousands. What if I told you that reality is one of many?” That quotation
said by The Ancient one has something to do with us, Humans, living in the multiverse. And many
theorizing things in philosophy were present in the Movie. D. Strange, Doctor Stephen Strange, is an
genius arrogant, egoistic and narcissistic neurosurgeon at the top of his game. A rock star in his field of
expertise with confidence to the point of arrogance but lacks the good-natured charisma comes across
rather assertive and unapproachable. But when a brutal car accident leaves his hands shattered and
incapable of the precision for his chosen medical field, he begins to be out of control, becoming
desperate to recover his abilities and purpose. His quest exhausts the capabilities of the medical world
and leads him on a effort to find a rumored “spiritual” fix for his nerve-damaged hands. But what he
finds in his journey is bigger and more life-changing than he could ever have imagined as the world of
magic and sorcery is unveiled before his eyes. This doesn’t make Strange rethink the way he lives.
Instead, as one surgery after another fails, he becomes cruel and more introvert, even lashing out at ex-
lover/co-worker, who is the last person on whom he can depend; his world of medicine and science has
failed him. But after receiving a tip from Jonathon Pangborn, He finds himself under the side of The
Ancient One in Nepal, who opens him up to worlds he never believed existed. On his first encounter
with “The Ancient One” He bounces between Astral Dimension, a place where soul exists apart from
the body you think this material universe is all real, what is real? What mystery lies beyond your senses
dimensions that resemble the dark beauty of outer space to those that are a kaleidoscope of colors.

Others filled with malice and hunger. In the root of existence Mind and Matter Meet, The soul shapes
reality. these which shape reality where it also seen upon him that this universe was one of the infinite
numbers. And the most intriguing question is that “Who are you, Who we really are in this vast
multiverse. Since, He’s desperate for healing and a cabal of magic-wielders who proceed to demolish his
philosophical-materialist view of reality. Armed with strange new powers of energy manipulation and
dimension-hopping, He soon finds himself locked in battle with acolytes of the demon god Dormammu,
whose grand plan is far more complex than simply “eat the world.”
First, instead of coming to terms with the ultimate illusoriness of the world (maya), Doctor Strange and
his comrades investigate the participatory relationship between matter and spirit, a relationship that
evokes a Thomistic vision of the integrated human person in which one’s soul temporarily leaves the
body, make clear that body and soul which are dualistic in Nature.. Second, here “good” and “evil” have
moral truth-values in a sense; there is no unifying cosmic life-force that may be directed to divergent
ends, Third, the world of him appears to be governed by a “natural law” in of cycles of birth, suffering,
and rebirth, Doctor Strange, sets an ordered universe structured by higher rules.

While he struggles briefly at first to keep up with other students The Ancient One has taken under her
care, he stole sacred books out from under Wong at The Ancient One’s behest. He play by his own rules,
growing far beyond the skills of those around him. In effect, he is proven right. Who cares about rules
and breaking the laws of nature when you are actually right, and in turn you save the world? After his
training to Kamar taj, Doctor Strange possesses lots of different powers, magical or not. He also has a
few different magical items which allow him to dive into different spheres of human life. He became
immortal but can be killed like a regular human. People would rather see through a keyhole to view life.
But why not open the door. The cost of immortality also explains in the movie, Even though he is
science related in field, He analyze his journey by piece in order to understand its mission. But what it
does not see is that we can never really completely understand the whole by its parts. It’s only by
understanding the whole that we truly learn about it. It is also shown in the movie how can he do the
things that she do. Doctor Strange as a Man of science approaches their mind-over-matter philosophy
with skepticism, and had some fun with the sight of the materialist mastering a worldview he barely
believes in. Not that the stubborn rationalist guy he use for long. Besides his ability to reshape the
physical properties of the world, Doctor Strange can also stops time.

This movie resembles Plato and his allegory of the chariot and cave where can be interpreted on a
number of levels – as symbolic of the path to becoming godlike, spiritual transcendence, personal
progress and attainment of “Superhuman” status, or psychological health. It consists of the the Tripartite
Soul, Appetitive Soul represent the materialistic Doctor Strange on the movie But each soul force, if
properly harnessed and employed, can help a man become human flourishin also accords to him,
Starting things off on a rather morbid note, we are all going to die. Regardless of status, gender, or
beliefs, one day each of us will cease to exist as we do today. Like on what doctor strange do that he
focuses on the conditioning of the soul cause it separates us from animals. It's the seat of human
consciousness. It's our intellect, our will, and our emotion.
Doctor Strange can also associate with Socrates in keeping this dualistic base of a human where Doctor
strange has his Body (Imperfections, His arrogance and negative) and other one, the Soul (Perfections,
Conditioned Soul and his Immortality. And for him to attain his perfections, he first seek his vision and
purpose he must know where he is going and he must understand the nature and desires of his soul. And
St. Augustine can also be seen in this movie for the reason that Doctor Strange is Immortal cause the
soul is immortal in the first place,. However, he believed the soul and the body make up a human. The
body isn't just a prison for a soul that jumps from body to body. Instead, one body and one soul make up
one person. Just like what Doctor Strange is, He is consists of his Material Body and Spirited Soul
making him immortal in the sense. This movie work well against the complex theological/philosophical
backdrop. This thought me how to go beyond the reality that I have used to believe (Metaphysics).

In the overall rationalization of the reflection, I have realized many wisdoms from doctor strange, First
is Arrogance and fear still keep you from learning the simplest and most significant lesson of all. Which
is It’s not about you. What Doctor Strange made me realize was that there are just so many things we
dwell upon in this world yet we still don’t dwell upon what really matters. We put label on things and on
our thoughts but we don’t realize the nonsense of it. Although it does make things easier on our part,
sometimes there are things you just can’t label. Some things that don’t need to. Some things that
shouldn’t. Also life. Life is an ocean of mystery that the only general rule about it is that there are no
general rules but we can make our won ruled.

There is no such thing as wrong or right. We put so much emphasis on clearly defining the lines of
morality but when we realize it, there is no such thing. All our actions in one or another lead to opposite
effects, some of which may be good or bad depending on the other’s perspective. But the real matter at
hand is not whether or not something is immoral but rather, it’s if we were conscious about it.

By being conscious of what we feel at the moment and also of the moment itself, we begin to make
decisions based in the moment that we get enlightened. Although there is no true way on what is right or
wrong, there is always the disputable truth that only the present moment exists. All judgment of our
actions is in our heads. Labelling an action wrong or right no longer keeps us in the moment. We start to
think differently about things and soon enough, we lose sight of the present. We create pasts and futures
based on our judgment and not based on the moment we have. We begin to live in the illusion of having
a distinction between the good and the bad when there really is none. And the most important of all,
Enlightenment is key to life.
