SWEET USER ASSIGNMENT

Overview:

• Be able to give SWEET settings access to specific user


• Create hierarchy of evaluators template
• Assign specific casehandler(s) to a template
• Assign user to specific LGU(s) to be monitored
AUTHORIZE USER TO ACCESS SWEET SETTINGS

Access User Accounts under This is the output after giving privilege to specific user including SWEET SETTINGS button.
Administrative sidebar.

Go to Account Privileges tab. Search employee name.

Scroll to Access to SWEET Settings column and change it to Yes.

*Usually this privilege is given to SWEET coordinator(s) and/or MIS personnel.


AUTHORIZE SPECIFIC USER TO EVALUATE REPORT

Click SWEET SETTINGS button and modal will appear.

Please see next page on how to:

• Add Hierarchy of Evaluators Template


• Assign user as SWEET Officer
• Assign LGU to SWEET Officer
ADD HIERARCHY OF EVALUATORS TEMPLATE

Click Add Evaluator Hierarchy Template button to show input fields.

Fill in required fields and arrange hierarchy of evaluators then click Save button.

Added hierarchy will immediately appear after saving.


ASSIGN USER AS SWEET OFFICER

Click Assign user as SWEET Officer button to show input fields.

Selecting Casehandler(s) field can be single or multiple to a specific hierarchy template.

After submission, selected users will immediately appear below.


ASSIGN LGU TO SPECIFIC USER

Click Assign LGU to SWEET Officer button to show input fields.

Assign Casehandler to single or multiple company then click Submit.

After submission, selected LGU(s) together with assigned officer will immediately appear below.
SWEET OFFICER / USER

Overview:

• Be able to create unclean report


• View personal reports in tabular or pdf format (History, Status, details)
• Updating unclean report
• Edit returned reports
CREATE FIELD INVESTIGATION REPORT

Access Sweet Report under SWM


sidebar.

Click Confirm button to proceed.

Click Create Sweet Report button and


confirmation message will appear.
Default SWEET REPORT Dashboard
SAMPLE REPORT – PART I

Initial report will be set as Unclean Report

Select time patrolled


Select date patrolled

Select month of report

Select travel number in relation to report’s site location.

All approved Travel Order of user will be listed in this field.


SAMPLE REPORT – PART II, III and IV

Check appropriate violation observed during patrol

Input street address Provide latitude and longitude of site


and check inputted geo coordinates

Select which barangay located

Select LGU patrolled.

Assigned LGU(s) to this user will be listed in this field.


SAMPLE REPORT – PART IV, V and VI

Select type of area/public place

Initial report will be set as Regular Monitoring


Attach photo site taken and click Upload button

Input estimated land area of site and photo remarks

After clicking Upload button, wait for the loader to finish and alert will appear after uploading.

Figure above will appear when photo attached is uploaded successfully.


Photo uploaded is viewable and changeable.

Input Additional Findings / Remarks if applicable and select appropriate checkbox in Actions to be undertaken

Click Process button to route report.

APPROVED UNCLEAN REPORT

Sample approved report with Signed Document status

To update report status, click button to appear modal

If It’s already clean is selected, additional fields will appear.

Click Confirm button to proceed to update form.


UPDATE UNCLEAN REPORT TO CLEAN REPORT

User will select approved Travel Order again in relation to his/her second monitoring

Date patrolled and Time patrolled of user’s second


monitoring

LGU Patrolled will be auto selected and disabled.


UPDATE UNCLEAN REPORT TO CLEAN REPORT

III. will be disabled if it is Clean Report

User will not be able to edit this section.


UPDATE UNCLEAN REPORT TO CLEAN REPORT

Type of monitoring will be replaced with two options if it is an update report and
dynamic fields will appear after selection.

Upload updated site photo and user can also view site photo of previous report.

Fill in photo remarks

Provide Additional Findings / Remarks and Actions to be undertaken if applicable.

Click Process button to route updated report.

After submission, report will be routed to hierarchy assigned for evaluation.

EVALUATOR ACCOUNT

Overview:

• View and evaluate submitted reports from SWEET-ENMO personnel


o Approve report
o Return report with remarks
• View and filter all approved reports
DASHBOARD with REPORT FOR EVALUATION

Click Evaluate button to view all details of submitted report.

Please see below for the result after clicking Evaluate button.
EVALUATE REPORT

Click this button to View report in PDF format

This will enable evaluator to route back report


to sender with its remarks.

This will approve report and route to next evaluator.

This will enable evaluator to edit report directly.
