The business enterprise named Trias Store that will focus on retailing of Agrivet Supplies and Rice and

will be located at Riverside Street, Balanacan Mogpog, and Marinduque.Which the proponents are
residing in the said location. The name of the enterprise came from the brilliant idea of the three
proponents they named the business enterprise Trias because the proponents are three girls. The Trias
Store will use different social media platform to advertise the business. The proponents of the said
business enterprise are from Marinduque State College, a third year college student, currently taking up
Bachelor of Science in entrepreneurship. The proponents are namely Jessa D. Lauresta, Ma. Liza
Imperial, Florence Jornadal, they are residents at Balanacan Mogpog Marinduque, they are all 21 years
old, they also came from same school since Elementary and High School until present school. The
proponents are said to be a hardworking student and soon to be a business women, and also a risk-
taker, computer literate, positive thinker, willing to take challenges, willing to learn more knowledge
from handling a business, they also have a good practice of customer service that they gain from their
different pass work experiences.

The Trias Store will be located at Barangay Balanacan, Mogpog, Marinduque, the business will focus on
offering different varieties of feeds/hogs and rice. The business enterprise would like to cater and supply
different store here in Barangay Balanacan, some households, and poultry farm and piggeries. The
beginning capital that will be use in establishing the business is forty-five thousand pesos that the
proponents decided to invest fifteen thousand each. The all the expenses for the construction of the
building of the store and the materials and the entire product that will be sold in the said business
enterprise will came from the starting capital that each of the proponents contributed. The proponents
are the third year collage students from Marinduque state collage that takes up Bachelor of Science in
Entrepreneurship; they are all resident in the said location of the business enterprise. The Trias Store
will be establish to supply the most needed product in each household and different supplies that are
use in piggeries, poultry farm and such. The business enterprise will also apply techniques and strategies
to ensure the growth and success of the business, and also will look for more opportunities to expand
the business. Creating different account using different social media platforms to promote the business
is one of the strategies that the business will include to their business planning.

The Trias Store will provide rice and hogs supplies for retailing and the enterprise will also serve as a
supplier to our small related business. Which is rice is one of the most important need of the family or
households consumers and a primary source of energy especially to the Filipinos family. It also gives
sources of benefits and plays vital role against malnutrition. While the other product that will be serve
by Trias Store are Hogs and feeds supplies as direct impact on the growth rate, production capacity and
health status of the animal. It is the key for a profitable and sustainable farming. It cost has been
recognized as the major cost and the largest cash expense in animal production. The hogs and feeds will
be serve for the farmers and those piggeries and poultry farms. The business will also include different
service like delivering the product that the customers bought.

Base on the estimated result of the sai8d business enterprise that is the Trias Store that the business will
produce 800 units per procduction cycle or p[er month according to the set schedule.
The Trias Store target market are the households residing at Barangay Balanacan and nearby Barangay
as well as those poultry and piggery farmers. We also market our products to those stores that need
supplies of rice and feeds.

As for the business that product cost will depend on the supplier and the business aggrement and the
cost of this product to be sold is in fair price and will ensure to follow the product SRP.

Trias Store has different competitors around the location of the said business. We have more than 4
competitors who also offers the same products but our advantage is that we sell more varieties of rice
and feeds. We also offer selling of rice and feeds by sacks, offer deliveries and we also cater as a supplier
to those who are willing to become our customers and retailers. The proposed business forese its
business competitors that are located and stablish at the same baranggays and near public marketbut
most of all the compition is very highly betweens the small sari-sari store around the areas that are said
to be retasiling small amount of the product that the business enterprise will sell. The business
Enterprise will sells Rice and Agrivet supplies in the areas that the target markets are the residents and
the farmers in the said baranggay.

Our business will use Social Media platforms like Face book to promote and advertise our business that
has a great help to our business also the l most powerful social media marketing strategy for me is
retargeting, also known as remarketing. Social Media makes it easier for someone to connect with my
blog through a platform they’re already using. It helps to reach target audience and connect like
business minded people.The promotion and advertising of the business will be use social media
platforms using face book page can advertise and identify the business and direct selling (word of
mouth) will implement with the help of marketing manager. To telling and recommending something to
a friend or someone you know about a great food is proven to be a good way of promoting a product to
others. Use of posters and flyers is also one way to advertise especially when these are posted on a
place where people can easily see it.

The proponents of this business enterprise are the key people for the success and growth of the
Business which are Jessa LAuresta, Florence Jornadal and MA. Lliza Imperial All are the 3rd year collage
student from Marinduque State Collage taking up Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship. The

proponent.
