AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, JAMMYR CUNANAN, of legal age, single, resident of #24 GSIS Village, Makati City,
Metro Manila, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

1. On December 31, 2020, I was invited by Rommel Galido to attend the New Year’s Party
in City Grand Hotel in Makati City where we checked in at Room 2209.  

2. I arrived late and saw Christine Dacera and her roommates were already drinking at
Room 2209.

3. It was my first time to meet Christine Dacera that night when she was introduced by our
common friend Galido.

4. Later we transferred to room 2207 to meet the others where we played and even made a
tiktok video. 

5. Between 2 to 3 in the morning, Dacera went to our room to give me a drink. I refused
telling her that I have to attend work at 8 o’clock in the morning.

6. Around 4 o’clock in the morning, I already bid goodbye to Christine Dacera and her
roommates who were still enjoying the party, since I have to prepare for my work at 8
o’clock in the morning.

7. I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to DENY the
allegations of the Criminal Complaint filed against ROMMEL GALIDO and JOHN
PAUL HALILI for MURDER of Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code.
