● Bangalore, also referred to as Bengaluru, is the capital of the Indian state, Karnataka.
Bangalore is nicknamed the "Garden City" for its gardens and parks, blessed with the
moderate and pleasant climate throughout the year.
● Bangalore provides easy connectivity, not only nationally but also internationally. It has
domestic airport that connects most of the major cities of the country and many
international flights are also operated from here. The city is connected by rail and roads
to all parts of the country.
● Bengaluru is the focal point for the IT industry in India and serves as a hot spot for all the
flourishing startups of our country, it has served as a nursery for roughly 14,000 to 19000
startups, some of which are your favorite apps, like Flipkart, Myntra, Zoomcar etc.

opportunities for manufacturers, sellers, and designers; and an excellent platform for
students to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry.
● There are various famous apparel companies like Everblue Apparel Ltd, Bombay Rayon,
Himatsingka Seide, and Amtek industries, who have already moved in Bangalore. We
can step in there and serve their needs. SOPA which has a brand name of FTV can serve
as the answer to all of their needs. Being a FTV certified model/actor opens up endless
opportunities for them. We can easily outshine the existing competition there.
● After referring to the all the aspects like Geographic, Demographic, Economic, Lifestyle
of the people, number of schools and colleges: Many people in Bangalore would like to
opt for performing arts college to take up courses like Personality Development,
Photography, Acting and Modeling etc. but in a reputed college or institute. So, they look
for any reputed institutes in the city or otherwise go to cities such as Delhi and Mumbai
etc. But there are very few big brand or fashion institute, school or college for performing
arts in Bangalore. The absence of big brands in the field of fashion and endless
opportunities in this field makes a perfect opportunity for FTV to open SOPA here.
● Also, the presence of 2745+ schools with more than 4 Lakh students approx. and 1000+
colleges with almost 7-8 Lakh capacity in Bangalore gives us a chance to collaborate
with them. The top schools will also benefit by collaborating with us as their students
will have an edge over others. We can run summer camps in Schools where the students
can join whatever course they feel like. For the college going students, SOPA will serve
as the platform to achieve their dreams. The strong industry connections will benefit the
students and knowing this fact many students will like to join SOPA.
● We can do workshops, webinars, fashion shows at IT parks and colleges in Bangalore, to
spread awareness about SOPA. We will provide a platform for college students, local
residents, and IT professionals to realize their dreams. Students will benefit from the
strong industry contacts, therefore enhancing the conversion rate of enrollments in
SOPA.
● There are many talent hunts, fashion hunts and small pageants which take place in
Bangalore and get a positive response showered with a huge number of registrations for
those events. The participating age group is from 4-35 years. Not only this, we plan to
host FTV pageants specifically for Bangalore for our 8 titles in the near future where we
are estimating a minimum participation of 80-90k people in the age group of 18+ and at
least 65000 for the age group of 4-18 years.
● This will establish a market for FTV in Bangalore, we can then tap this market with our
pre-existing brand name and brand value to get strong hold for the FTV SOPA. That
means FTV Pageants will already be doing a lot of marketing for their SOPA schools and
will have a massive audience base that can be targeted further.
