High Temperature Aging Oven
1. Applications :
This equipment is widely applied for automotive parts, electronic and electric products, components and
materials by constant high temperature reliability test, temperature aging (Burn in) test.

2. Features :
2.1 External adopts SECC stainless steel plate, with powder painted, and internal with SUS stainless steel.
2.2 High temperature resistant long axis motor.
2.3 Adopt Turbo fan.
2.4. With silicon sealing.
2.5 Over-temperature protection, over-loading automatic power cut off system.
2.6 Cycling system: forced horizontal air cycling.
2.7 Heating System: PID+S.S.R
2.8 Temperature Controller: PID micro computer control, full automatic constant temperature, quick
temperature compensates function.
2.9 Timer: Time when temperature reach set point, and when reach the setting time cut off power and alarm
indication.

3.4 Controller located on oven upper side.
3.5 Insulation material adopts high density glass rock wool which with good insulation performance maximally
ensures the temperature stability.
3.6 With high temperature resistant silicon sealing, available for long time high temperature testing.

4. Temperature Control System

4.1 Control Accuracy: ±0.5℃
4.2 Temperature Uniformity: ±2.0℃ (no load)
4.3 Temperature Rising Rate: RT~80 ℃ about 10 minutes
4.4 Temperature control with PID micro computer auto calculating, PV/SV display simultaneously, available
for free temperature setting within the allowed range as customer requirements. And temperature control
accuracy able to be ensured through PID parameter setting, also can adopt system automatically
calculate proper temperature control parameters.
4.5 Temperature input CA (K) Type, output with 12V
4.6 Current controllers with SSR no contact point Relay, ensure current with high stability.

4.7 Heating material with honeycombed type stainless steel heating tube, environmental friendly and long life
service.

5. Air Supply System

5.1 Forced convection air circulation, cycling motor running bring air source through heater, input the hot air
into inside oven, and suction the used hot air to air channel for recycling ,thus reduce the energy
consumption and ensure temperature uniformity of the oven. When there is fluctuate caused by door open,
close ,this air circulation system will quickly ensure the chamber go back operating temperature .
5.2 Motor with Taiwan long axis high temperature resistance type, power 1HP, 50Hz.
5.3 Blower with multi-blades turbo type, installed with adjustable air deflector, ensure the air channel work
smoothly.

6. Main Components :
6.1 Over-temperature protector, No-fuse switch, ceramic fuse, motor over loading protection .
6.2 Timer: 9999s ~9999h (hour, minutes, seconds switchable)
