When the WHM is practiced in the correct way, it contributes to a healthy, strong
and happy life. As a certified Instructor you can teach and guide others in the Wim
Hof Method and form a community closer to home.

The Academy program consists of three Modules, detailed below. All three must be
completed in order to certify.

! WHM ACADEMY MODULE I - LEARN HOW TO MASTER THE WHM PRACTICE YOURSELF

! WHM ACADEMY MODULE II - LEARN THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED TO BECOME A WHM INSTRUCTOR

! WHM ACADEMY MODULE III - THE FINAL TRANSITION FROM PRACTITIONER TO WHM INSTRUCTOR

! REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THE ACADEMY PROGRAM

WHAT IS THE WIM HOF METHOD

ACADEMY?
The Academy is the Wim Hof Method branch that oversees the training of Wim Hof
Method Instructors. It also provides continued support for existing Instructors, and
safeguards the safety and quality standards of the Wim Hof Method.

Certified Wim Hof Method Instructors are required to adhere to the regulations and
represent the brand professionally. Teaching the Wim Hof Method capably and
responsibly requires a specific skill set. To become an Instructor you must:

Be able to convey the correct technique in order to guarantee a safe and

sustained practice.

Have a thorough grasp of the various physiological mechanisms that are

impacted by the Wim Hof Method.

Be able to tailor the application of the Method to the characteristics of

individual practitioners.

Possess presentation skills that translate to an enjoyable experience, showing

that the Wim Hof Method is fun and accessible, ultimately incentivizing
people to share our important message.

LOCATIONS & PRICING

Kick-off Academy Teacher Course 2021

The program kickstarts with a webinar that is mandatory to follow. Here we will inform you about the trajectory, and you will learn the ins and the outs of how to prepare
yourself for the Master Module. After the webinar, you will be automatically enrolled in the Online Instructor Course.

This webinar will be held on June 25th (4 PM CET)

The final course, the Master Module will be held in Europe (Poland or Spain). The price of the Online Teacher Course and Master Module is €3499.00. (Fundamentals Online
Course not included) You can only register for the full trajectory.

Master Module

Poland – Przesieka or Spain - Pyrenees

Expected dates: December/January

We will send a mail after the webinar to register for the Master Module.

Food and accommodation are included in the cost of the Master Module. Course material is included.

Time Investment

Duration: 8 - 10 months (approximately)

Study load: 180 Hours (includes contact hours, practice, homework and exercises)

The Wim Hof Method Academy is only taught in English.

The Module content, certification criteria and Instructor Guide are examples only and we reserve the right to make amendments to the Academy Program as necessary.

This course is not intended for people who are pregnant or who suffer from epilepsy. People with cardiovascular health issues, or any other (serious) health conditions,
should always consult a medical doctor before starting with the Wim Hof Method.
