A - What if you have Medical Emergency at your Civil site?
1- Civils trained first aiders will take control and give necessary First Aid at the well site
2- Call ROO emergency response room (SCCC), well services civil team leader.

B-What if you have Security Emergency at your Civil site?

1- Look for protection.
2- Call ROO emergency response room (SCCC), well services civils team leader.

& Civil Security Emergency response Plan document number: NAF/PMA/CSE/00
C- What if you have Loss of Containment, Leaks/Spills /Gas Release/ Emergency at your Well
site? (This could happen during renovations works of existing a
1- Site alarm shall be raised.
2- If gas release from well head, Shut down all electrical equipment and do not start vehicles or drive
vehicles through fumes or vapour path.
3- Group all personnel and report to the designated evacuation/muster area, evacuate the area in an up-
wind direction, avoiding fumes or vapour paths.
5- For any spill, spill kit should be ready at site to contain any spill, call well services civils team leader.

D- What if you have H2S Emergency at your Civil site? (This could happen during renovation
works of existing well pads-Work Over)

2- Make the area safe and immediately report to the designated upwind evacuation/muster area. Establish
full POB.

E- What if you have Mechanical Lifting Emergency at your civil site?
1- Report immediately to the site Supervisor.

2- Any Suspended load potential drop zone must be barricaded and all personnel should be removed from
the potential drop zone.
F- What if you have Fire incident at your civil site?

2- Make the area safe and immediately report to the designated evacuation/muster. Establish full POB.
3- Do not try to put down fire unless it small fire and can be extinguished by fire extinguishers available at
site (by trained personnel only).
G- What if you have Road Transport/Traffic incident (Access road, Rig road)
1- Civils trained first aiders will take control and give necessary First Aid / do not move vehicles, wait for
instructions or police team.
2- Call ROO emergency response room (SCCC), well services civils team leader. ROO civil to inform IMT
immediately regardless the severity of the incident.
H- What if you have UXO related incident –Finding Suspicious Objects

5- Stop the work and do not touch.
6- Alert people around you.
7- Report immediately to site supervisor and ROO civil team leader.
8- Keep others away.

I-What if you have emergency during cellar works (confined space Rescue)
1- Do not attempt to descend to the cellar bottom

2- Pull the IP out of the cellar through the rope attached to full body harness.
3- Civils trained first aiders and safety attendant will take control and give necessary First Aid at the well
site.

First aid procedures are learned during appropriate First Aid and CPR Courses. This policy outlines
staff actions to take during minor and major medical emergencies on and off worksite during work at
site or events. This policy does not cover specific first aid or CPR steps or sequences. Refer to
training materials, skills learned, and/or directions on prescribed medications for specific guidance on
treatment procedures.
INJURY EMERGENCIES ON SITE
MINOR
• Notify site medic or site supervisor.
• Site medic, Supervisor, or other designated site staff administer first aid procedures as indicated by
the nature of the accident.
• Project manager are notified if necessary.
• Staff witnessing the accident and/or providing first aid care should complete an accident report.
MAJOR
Defined as any injury deemed by civil staff to need immediate physician care, EMS, or transport to a
healthcare facility.
• Notify site medic or site supervisor.
• Either the first civil staff person attending to the injured or another civil staff person call
Nafhat Al-eman ambulance staff on (09647801034423 or 009647709053080) immediately.

• Provide first aid or other Basic Life Support (CPR, rescue breathing, etc.).
• If CPR or rescue breathing is required, civil staff must also retrieve or send other staff for the
Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
• Site HSE Supervisor or designee calls ROO Representative.
Road accident Emergency Plan:
• When Incident occur do not move the vehicle
• Contact site Supervisor and HSE Manager immediately
• If as a result of the incident there injure parties, follow the Medical Emergency Response Plan
• If the traffic authorities are involved, follow their instructions
• Follow the Internal investigation procedures establishing root causes and actions to prevent
recurrences and lessons learned.

2 Procedures and Processes
NAFHAT AL- EMAN shall list appropriate procedures and processes to be followed throughout the term
of the contract.
 ROO Driving Safety Practice
 Control of Works system i.e. ROO Work Safe
 ROO practice for HSE reporting and investigations.
 Nafhat Al-eman EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN:
1. Fire Emergency Plan
Contact the Issuing Authority, Control Room Operator or ROO management Rep(s) and report the
fire. They will notify the appropriate response personnel to contain the fire.
If the fire is small enough, attempt to extinguish it if trained to do so.
If the fire cannot be easily extinguished or is rapidly expanding, evacuate the facility in
an up-wind direction and report to the designated evacuation/muster area.
Make notifications as required by the ROO
2. Material Release-Loss of Containment Contingency Plan (Leaks/Spills)
Stop work.
Cordoned off area.
Ensure accountability of personnel.
Contact the facility operator or Area Authority and report the release.
Make notifications as required by the ROO Practice for HSE Incident Reporting and
Investigation.
Accident: All accidents are to report to the HSE office

3. Road accident Emergency Plan:
When Incident occur do not move the vehicle
Contact site Supervisor and HSE Manager immediately
If as a result of the incident there injure parties, follow the Medical Emergency Response
Plan
If the traffic authorities are involved, follow their instructions
Follow the Internal investigation procedures establishing root causes and actions to
prevent recurrences and lessons learned.
4. Nafhat Al-eman night driving R.A/Procedure:
Remember that your eyes need time to adjust to darkness especially when coming out
of a brightly-lit area or building.
Keep a particular look out for pedestrians and cyclists who will be harder to see.
Do not wear tinted glasses when driving at night.
When driving at night make sure your lights are switched on your mirrors, and lights are
clean to maximize vision.
use information from the front and rear lights of other
road users to indicate the path of the road.
use information from ‘cats eyes’ and reflective markings to help you navigate adjust
your speed downwards when leaving brightly lit areas.
do not blind oncoming traffic with your headlights.
You need to adjust your driving accordingly.
Listen to local/national weather broadcasts and travel bulletins.

Well maintained vehicles are less likely to have problems in extreme weather
conditions.
it’s a good idea to have your vehicle fully serviced before winter starts and have the
anti-freeze tested.
Pay particular attention to your tires. Make sure they have Sufficient tread depth and
are not damaged. The legal minimum is 1.6mm. However the minimum as
recommended by the RSA and Gardaí is 3mm.
Make Sure Your vehicle battery is fully charged
Windscreen and windows are clean and that the windscreen washer bottle is filled with
screen wash to the correct concentration of Anti-freeze additive to prevent freezing.
need to slow down and stop & need about TWICE your normal braking distance.
Drive smoothly and plan your moves in plenty of time.
use windscreen wipers appropriately & Check the condition of your wipers regularly.
Use your demister to avoid condensation on your internal windows and to improve
vision. Make sure vents are not blocked and are working correctly.
Use dipped headlights to make sure other road users can see you.
