HALF GROUP TASK
• Half Group Task also know as HGT is
conducted after the PGT. HGT is similar to PGT,
but the difference is that the group is divided
into two sets. i.e. If your group contains
totally 10 persons, then it is divided into 5 of
two groups. Like this the GTO will see the
performance of the candidates in close. The
rules are same for this like PGT. It is also a

leaderless exercise .

• Colour Rule remains same.

FINAL GROUP TASK
• Final Group Task (FGT) is the last task as the
name suggests in the GTO series but as
important as the first one. In this task, your
complete group of 8-10 candidate will perform
together. The structure will be similar to PGT.
• As far as the difference between PGT and
FGT is concerned, the only difference is that
FGT is small as compared to PGT and hence
less time is allocated to FGT.
POINTS TO REMEMBER

• Listen to the GTO very carefully

• Please do not break any rule.
• Principle of cantilever or fulcrum can be used
• contribute by cheering up the group members
• Take the plunge, initiate, go ahead and take the
risk
• If you have unwittingly broken any rule, have
the temerity to acknowledge it.
