entertainment. The NWSRA Finance Department, Special Leisure Fund (SLSF), provides

largest of all special leisure associations and is the leader of its peers, registering more than

2,000 programs each year, more than 14,000 programs.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old. The volunteer coordinator will contact you by email

as soon as possible to confirm that you have been approved to join the volunteer team and

have joined the program of your choice. Volunteer applications are processed once a week.

Please wait at least 5 working days to process your application.

NWSRA Staff- Responsibilities

NWSRA cooperates with the parking area to provide services to 17 communities in the

northwestern suburbs, providing day camps, weekly programs, trips, special events and

cultural arts.

subjects closely related to it, certifications of professional leisure associations in the state

and/or country, and:

 Program development
 Information center

 Behavior management

 Lifts and mobile machinery

 Protective driving

Throughout the year, hundreds of part-time employees and volunteers run various programs

to gain experience, establish connections, and use entertainment programs that suit their

interests.

The NWSRA plan is tailored to the needs and capabilities of the participants and the nature of

the specific plan. The close relationship between employees and participants usually applies

to individuals or groups that have more questions about their needs / behavior. These ratios

are determined with the approval of the manager or supervisor. For specific information, see

the program description.

After receiving the correct registration, NWSRA will try to fix the leader position for each

program. To find the name and other information of the program manager, please call one

week before the program starts. We cannot meet the specific human resource needs of parents

and children. NWSRA reserves the right to assign employees to certain plans. NWSRA

requires employees to be consistent, but due to the special needs of other plans, personnel

changes or changes may occur after the plan is initiated. The employee's decision and team

development will be seriously considered.

NWSRA Safety and Enjoyment

NWSRA's Fairplay is a process designed to maximize the safety and entertainment of

participants, employees, volunteers, and the public using the programs and leisure services

provided by NWSRA. As part of this process, the concepts of collaborative planning,

interactive dialogue and mutual collaboration should be respected as much as possible. This

requires the participation of NWSRA employees and cooperation between participants and

their families. NWSRA's fair competition process provides the basis for considering

reasonable accommodation conditions, behavioral expectations, and aligning participants'

abilities and interests with relevant plans. NWSRA's Fairplay aims to maximize participants'

ability to defend their basic behaviors and achieve expectations through the self-discipline of

participants, positive ways of interacting with others, and appropriate questions. Develop

solution skills and encourage them to provide a safe rest and leisure environment.

NWSRA employees regularly review members and rules during planning meetings. If unsafe

or inappropriate behavior occurs, you need to obtain permission immediately in each case.

NWSRA reserves the right to dismiss members whose actions undermine their own safety or

the safety of others. In the event of significant damage, NWSRA may demand partial or full

compensation from the participant, parents, parents, or parents. NWSRA will evaluate

appropriate suggestions and recommendations to continue participating in the program.
