Week 5: Around the World

Campers Name: J****


Campers Goal: Have fun
Field Trips: J**** loved swimming twice this week at Draper Rec
Center. He spent time floating and singing songs with staff and
splashing his peers. J**** also enjoyed bowling this week at Bonwood
Bowl in Salt Lake. He was able to use the ramp to assist him! James
cheered for his peers each time they took a turn.
Successful activities: Swimming, Bowling, Lemonade, Just Dance,
Meditation, Rain Sticks, Paper Mache, Corre Corre La, Movie.

Week 5: Around the World

Campers Name: E*****


Campers Goal: Improve social skills (sharing with her peers,
verbalizing needs, be kind to other campers)
Field Trips: E***** enjoyed swimming this week at Draper Rec Center.
She chose not to swim the first day, but loved floating in the lazy
river and going down the waterslide on the second day. E***** also
enjoyed going bowling at Bonwood Bowl this week. She did well at
waiting her turn and being patient.
Successful activities: Bowling, Swimming, Paper Plate Fans, Rain
Sticks, Paper Mache, Airplane craft, Corre Corre La, Maracas,
Basketball, Hockey, Sock Puppets, Corn Hole, and Statue Game.

Week 4: Party in the USA
Campers Name: C*****
Campers Goal: Improve in fine motor skills; write his name on every
project.
Field Trips: C***** had a lot of fun at the Taylorsville outdoor pool!
Camden loved showing off his cool tricks in the water like putting his
face in the water and spinning!
Successful activities: Scavenger hunt and swimming!

Week 5: Around the World
Campers Name: A****
Campers Goal: Improve cleanliness (using napkins, using a cup, washing
hands)
Field Trips: A**** loved going swimming twice this week at Draper Rec
Center! He played in the fountains and squirted his peers and staff
with water. He also enjoyed going bowling this week at Bonwood Bowl in
Salt Lake. A**** got excited each time watching the ball knock over
the pins!
Successful activities: Bowling, Swimming, Paper Fan, Rain Sticks,
Kangaroo Game, Corre Corre La, Soccer, Popsicle Stick Airplane,
Maracas, Water Balloons, Hockey, and Movie.

Campers Name:A*******
Campers Goal: Working on communication and social skills.
Field Trips: A******* enjoyed swimming twice this week at Draper
Rec Center. He loved floating on his back while wearing a life jacket
and going down the small slide. A******** also enjoyed swimming in
Salt Lake at Bonwood Bowl. He was able to use a ramp to assist him
with rolling the heavy ball down the lane. He was happy and
participated well throughout the entire week!
Successful activities: Swimming, Bowling, Just Dance, Corre Corre La,
Meditation, Rain Sticks, Maracas, Statue Game, Cornhole, Water
Balloons, and Movie.

Campers Name: S*****


Campers Goal: To learn new things!
Field Trips: S***** enjoyed going swimming twice this week at
Draper Rec Center. He loved showing everyone his tricks in the water
and splashing his friends. S***** also loved bowling this week at
Bonwood Bowl in Salt Lake. He was able to use a ramp to assist him in
rolling the heavy ball down the lane. He had a positive attitude
throughout the week and made a lot of new friends!
Successful activities: Bowling, Swimming, Water Balloons, Hockey,
Pinata, Sock Puppets, and Movie
