program setting. This position requires her to participate in leading participants in a variety of
activities including job skills, hygiene maintenance, behavior management, and appropriate
social interactions. Taylor excels in making connections with both clients and staff; she
succeeds in helping others to feel accepted and included. Taylor has great positive energy and
is always willing to accept tasks and projects; she goes above and beyond in assisting with
difficult behavioral situations. She takes on additional management roles such as
documentation and summarizing monthly progress reports with individual’s goals and supports.
