Cruz, married and resident at 408 Rawai Building, Royal Palm Residence, Acacia Estates,
Taguig City, and LEA J. REYES, single, likewise of legal age, Filipino and resident at No. 7
Dalaya Townhomes, 15th Avenue, San Roque, Quezon City, HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED
THE RECEIPT of EIGHTY THOUSAND (P80,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, in hand
paid by the BUYER, GLORIA ASTROLOGO TIBAYAN, married, also of legal age, Filipino
and resident of Blk 13, Lot 4, Barcelona St., Camella Lavecina at Dos Rios, Brgy. Pitland,
Cabuyao, Laguna, as DOWNPAYMENT for a parcel of land situated in Brgy. Mayuro, Rosario,
Batangas, covered by Lot No 13, Psd-04-024101, TCT No. ET-548 EP No A-231964, containing
an area of 2,023 square meters.
The agreed purchase price is P800,000.00 of the said parcel of land and the balance of
P720,000.00 will be payable upon title of the said parcel of land be transferred in the name of
Christina Marrie L. dela Cruz and Lea J. Reyes.
