(Buenavista Team)
SY 2020 – 2021
Learning never stops due to the pandemic that occurs in the school year 2020-
2021. Looc National High School's continuity plan is based on distance learning, which
the school offers in the form of modular (print) distance learning.
Parents were given orientations and information about the continuity plan headed
by Bella V. Galve, Principal III, and Zandro M. Estrada, Assistant Principal II, prior to the
start of formal classes, with the coordination and assistance of local government unit
officials, particularly barangay officials.
The dry run for module distribution and retrieval began earlier than the scheduled
date of October5,2020, in order to ensure that any problems that may arise are
addressed.
The teachers assigned in barangay Buenavista were the following:
Team Leader: Jonathan R. Conanan
Members: 1. Daniel Andrew N. Gaa
2. Jethro S. Garcia
3. Zydrix F. Balbuena
4. Mark Jerwin S. Sacapaño
The team is responsible for distributing and retrieving modules to parents of
students enrolled in Looc National High School, both junior and senior high school, from
the barangays of Buenavista and Ferrol. To ensure everyone's safety, the travel
authority, safety measures, and health protocols were strictly followed.
The distribution and retrieval process were initially done weekly, but was later
changed to every two weeks on Friday. Purok or sitio distribution and retrieval were
done to ensure safety protocols due to the increasing number of positive cases and
lockdown. In the barangay of Buenavista, the distribution and retrieval will take place in
their covered court.
The teams coordinated meetings and other school programs to ensure that the
school's safety procedures were followed. The modular (print) distance learning was
successfully implemented

It is undeniable that students have difficulties dealing with the learning modules
provided by their subject teachers. Since learning had been separated from school Looc
National High School, a variety of internal and external factors were to reflect, since the
school had been a long way from learning.
Tutok Aral was conducted in collaboration with Looc LGU, Barangay Officials,
Parents, Students, and other stakeholders in order to avoid the history of low student
achievement during these times. This program covers both the junior high school and
senior high school students.
Students were motivated and guided to continue their learning even in this
difficult situation, making the implementation a success.
