    Bhedan Basti

    bhedan = to break

    Indication: severe constipation

    Ingredients: 370 ml water


    5 tabs. Jivan Shakti
    2 tabs. Anulom
    2 tabs. Ammpachak
    ¼ tsp. Hingastak
    ½ tsp. Supachak
    2 tabs. Virechan
    1 tsp. Amrutadi
    30 ml Castor Oil

    Massage the stomach and give Nadiswed (steam) treatment before administering the
    basti. If after an hour there is still no motion give a drink of 200 ml warm water with 2 tabs.
    Anulom, ½ tsp. Supachak and ¼ tsp. Hingastak.
