award of the above mentioned Contract which you have sent to us, and we are happy to inform you that
we are pleased to accept the terms of the contract which you have offered in good faith.
Furthermore, as per the pre-contract arrangement, we have attached to this letter the following under
listed project deliverables:
 Performance Bond
 Performance Security
 Method Statement
 Programme of works
 Cash flow statement
 Health & Safety Policy highlighting COV-19 measures put in place.
