Assessment Objectives:

Part 1 Case Studies

Students are required to identify issues which are related to HR and discuss in detail on the
issues. Also, they are required to propose solutions to solve the related issues.
(Approximately: 5000 words)
1. Apply business management knowledge and techniques to promote effective
management practices to attain high-productivity performance and profits.

2. Display business technical skills in leading entrepreneurial and strategic ventures


towards improving the business environments

3. Evaluate complex business problems to provide feasible and sustainable strategies and
scientific solutions in the competitive business world to achieve organizational goals.
Translating Strategy into HR Policies and practice case

Assessment Question:

Students require to form a group with 5 members. Identify a case study of any organization
or industry. Highlight the HR related issues in this case study and propose suitable and
practical solutions.
Students are required to discuss their findings in a group during the presentation sessions.
1. Your group assignment report should apply the following format:
a. All heading should be capitalized, bold and left-aligned.
b. All paragraphs must be fully justified with 1.5 line spacing and cited.
c. All text must be typed in font type “Times New Roman”, text size 12.
d. Remember to spell check your report.
e. Margin for each page as follow:

Course Learning Outcomes:


Prepare a comprehensive written report on summary of the journal article. Evaluate the
theory of the HR at current trends.
(Approximately: 3000 words)
