─ Feed Resource Improvement Initiatives

─ Scaling Up Banana Clusters

June 2021
Feed Banana

ATA’s Analytics will support the teams in Oromia in developing a

comprehensive design document for the Feed and Banana projects
• Oromia teams and Analytics to prepare plans (similar to short-term plans, but covering 3/4
years depending on Feed or Banana), including:
– Theory of Change, Background and Rationale for the Project
– Key value-chain analysis, with bottlenecks identified
– Shortlist of interventions, their description, and how they address the bottlenecks of
each value-chain
– Implementation plan covering activities and sub-activities step-by-step, defined timeline
and intervention sequencing, RACI, with risks & their mitigation included
– Plans for scaling up and expanding the project
– Proposal for M&E
– Impact and Budget estimates
• Output expected: PowerPoint & Word to summarize the points above, and
Implementation/Impact/Budget Excel
• Plan to be delivered depending on scope (differs for Feed and Banana)
