The importance of personality development and Gender development in social work
practice is that as a social worker we should know the personality and gender
development of the person not just for ourselves but also for them because we can
apply the right action to solve different problems because I believe that we are not just a
social work but we are the engineer of the society.

Answer:
Being sensitive is, very simply put, being appreciative of others’ feelings. In that context,
gender sensitivity is about being considerate of the opposite gender’s feelings. The
reason this is important is because men and women think differently, and obviously,
have varying perspectives. As a social work student you should be aware on what is
right and wrong about the people you have facing everyday not just social work student
but we can apply it even you are not a social work student. The importance of being
sensitive is that you know what the boundary is between those people and you should
not be up lifted to prevent misunderstanding.

Women are blessed with different traits than men. I can say that women are more better
than men because there is a lot of successful women in all over the world and women are
better in terms of business and also they can do things like men do and that is the power
of being women they are developing not just being a normal women abut a powerful
women because they know that they can do things also to make there selves proud and
be best for others. My Mother is one of the powerful women in the world she told me to
keep do things better and achieve my dreams and she taught me to strive harder and
when I ask the story of mother I was being impressed on how she handle to survive and
that’s what women are strongly than men.

I don’t agree with this statement because when I was a child I was being a simple and
very thankful child for what we have but when I grow up I change a lot not just to be the
best version of me but to know what I can do. When you are getting older your
personality change because of community you were in and also those people who with
you and there is a lot of things that can make your personality because I believe that
people grow and people change.

I have learned a lot in this subject SWSE 4 it make myself be proud because there is a
lot of question in my mind on how I work as me, as LGBTQ and it makes me
understand to pursue what I want and my dreams in life no matter how my gender is
and this is what I learned.
 Be what you are and don’t let other people bring you down and this statement is
about our people because I believe that being unique is better than being fake.
 Gender determines when you are male or female but because of this subject I
understand that even you are not belong to male and female there is a lot of
possibilities that you could strive and be proud to your self
 Understanding on how to be with others the right thing to do because we are all
equal and nobody is better than you because we have our own uniqueness.
