PAKYAW CONTRACT

This contract is made this 4th day of January, 2021 between the Supervisor as the First Party and
Contractor with signature below as Party of the Second Part.

WITNESS: that for and consideration in the payment herein to be made by the Party of the First, the
Party of the Second Part agreed to furnish the labor and contract completely the items of works described
herein accordance with general conditions, plans, specifications, program of works, and items of their contract
and provides further.

1. That the construction/labor method employed shall be in accordance with the directions and/or
instructions of the Project In-Charge of the duly authorized representative.
2. That the contractor/laborer who defies the instruction of the Project In-Charge or any of the existing
policy of the University shall be automatically dismissed which will result to cancellation of this
contract.
3. That the Party of the First Party reserves the right to stop or suspend the work at any time he/she
deems necessary, compensating proportionately whatever partial accomplishment has been rendered.
4. That payment to make to the Party of Second Party may be allowed based on actual accomplishment
duly accepted and evaluated by the Party of the First Party.
5. That the government shall not be liable for any obligations arising out of injury, sickness, disability or
death by the labourer employed by the Contractor.
6. That this contract shall take effect upon approval of this instrument and will expire on January 15,
2021
