Description
I worked as a Construction Manager for a program of hydropower plan 8 de Agosto and El Carmen and 138kv
interconnection line. I Developed the work breakdown structure for all projects, I defined the control accounts, and I
followed all processes for planning and scheduling to develop the master schedule for the three projects, additional I
established the procedure for measuring the progress of the project according to earned value management methodology. I
established the different formats to be able to collect information on the percentage of completion of the different work
packages. Every week I reviewed the schedule progress and in case of delay or problem in the different tasks I implemented
the pertinence corrective actions; for this, I evaluated the impact in cost and other project restrictions for each corrective
action. I followed the process for approval change to maintain the integrity of the schedule baseline. I made different reports
for the stakeholders, between them; variances, forecast, alternatives analysis, and what-if scenarios for compress the
schedule considering the different risk factors.

Description
I worked as a Site Manager for the construction of the electrical substation of the Rio Escondio solar park project. I
participated in the processes for: create the work breakdown structure, defined the work packages, create the list of
activities, estimating duration, estimating resources for each activity for the project. I contributed with the identifications of
the risk for the different phases of the project and planned the risk responses; after I updated the different documents for
the project as budget and schedule. One time approved the schedule baseline, I updated the project progress every week. In
case of deviations of the performance against the baseline schedule, I met with the team for evaluated the option for back
on track the project considering the restriction of resources, cost, and other restrictions as Covid 19. I made different reports
for the stakeholders, between them; performer; variances, and forecast. Finally, when a request of change was the summit, I
followed the process for approval change to maintain the integrity of the schedule baseline.
