Before we can move forward, we need to understand: what's currently hindering us from taking
that step in the right direction? In this exercise it's really important to be as honest with yourself
as possible. This is an exercise to see opportunity in your challenges of understanding how you
can overcome some of those hurdles that are currently blocking you. Don't treat these hurdles as
excuses to stand still, but rather to gain clarity so that you know how to move forward.

What are your blockages or challenges that are currently holding you back?

What are your beliefs? Ask yourself after you write them if they are really true?

Take some time to think about it: what you can do immediately to reduce the effect of your challenges?
