18. LIMITED WARRANTY (Where Applicable)

defective in workmanship or materials, then the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive
remedy for breach of warranty, provided the Purchaser gives prompt written

a) Such goods must be delivered to APT at Purchaser's expense, or

goods. APT assigns to Purchaser the benefit of any warranty of any
third-party manufacturer, without recourse against APT.
c) All products manufactured by others and sold by APT, whether
separately or as components of other units, are sold solely upon and
subject to the terms warranted by their respective manufacturers.
d) The warranty does not apply to goods subjected to wear and tear by
chemical or abrasive attack, or by abuse or incorrect operation.
