1. General Objective 一般目标

The purpose of this Method Statement is to describe the process of

Curtain Wall Installation in compliance with all the required and approved
specifications based on the approved drawings. 该方法声明的目的是描述窗
帘墙安装的过程，符合基于批准的图纸的所有所需和批准的规格。

1.1 Scope of work 工作范围

The scope of work are including the fabrication, delivery, and

complete installation of Curtain Wall including glazing and finishing for the
buildings. 工作范围包括幕墙的制造，交付和完整安装，包括玻璃墙，包括玻璃
窗，为建筑物饰面。

2. Shop Drawing 施工图

Shop drawings shall be submitted to the management for approval

of the owner by separated document for review and approval before

3.1 Detailed Procedure 详细程序

3.1.1 Approval of Materials and Shop Drawings 批准材料和商店图纸

 The proposal of each materials shall be submitted to the

management for approval of the owner. 每个材料的提案应提交管理为业
主的批准。

 The Shop drawing for Curtain Wall shall be submitted to the

management for approval of the owner. 幕墙施工图应提交给管理为业主
的批准。

3.1.2. Fabrication 制造

3.1.2.1. Fabrication in Factory 工厂制造

 High quality windows can be effectively achieved by fabricating

and assembling as many as components and possible in the factory.
This helps to minimize site assembly where quality control is more
difficult. 高质量窗口可以通过制造和组装多达组分和可能的在工厂中有效地实

 The use of mechanical tools are useful in achieving the required

3.1.2.2. Protection 保护

 All exposed parts of the aluminum frame/sections must be

protected with suitable protective tapes. The tapes used should not
leave stains on the surface of the frames nor damage the frame
finishes during removal. Corrugated cardboard may be used beneath
the protective tape to give additional protection to the frame. 铝制框
架/部分的所有暴露部分必须用合适的保护胶带保护。 使用的胶带不应在框架
表面留下污渍，也不应在拆卸过程中损坏框架饰面。 可在保护胶带下方使用

3.1.2.3. Labeling 标签

 All fabricated frames an glass panels should be properly labeled

for ease of identification. The frames should be arranged in batches
for delivery to site.Plant fabrication should plan the delivery of
windows in accordance with the installation schedule to minimize
storage and handling on site. 所有组装的框架和玻璃面板都应正确标记以

3.1.3. Fabrication Inspection 制造检

 Before delivery, mullions,transoms/frames and other components

need to be inspected to make sure material verification as per
submitted approved sample, correct dimension, etc., is within
inspection checklist.
3.1.4 Delivery and Storage 交付和存储

3.1.4.1. Delivery 交货

 Before delivery, mullions, transoms/frames and their various

components should be fully protected to ensure the components
remain in good condition until they are ready for installation. 交付前，
应充分保护竖框、横梁/框架及其各种组件，以确保组件在准备安装之前保持
良好状态。

 All materials for delivery should be verified against the quantity and
batch number stated in the delivery order. All required accessories
should be delivered together with the main components. 应根据交货单
中规定的数量和批号验证所有交货材料。 所有需要的配件应与主要部件交付
在一起。

3.1.4.2. Storage 存储

 Delivery materials should be carefully planned according to the

installation schedule son that only the required quantity of materials
are stored on site, where the possibility of damage is higher. 交货材料
应根据安装日程儿子，只有材料的需要量存储在现场，其中损坏的可能性较高
精心策划。

 Components should be placed on timber bases to avoid direct

contact with the floor. Glass panels should be stored in pallets with
individual glass panel separated from one another by protective
sheets to avoid scratches and other damages. The glass panels should
also be protected from exposure to water which may result in
“rainbow” effect and jeopardize the visual pproperties of the glass. 组
件应放置在木材底座上，以避免与地板直接接触。 玻璃面板应存放在托盘
中，单个玻璃面板通过保护片相互隔开，以避免划伤和其他损坏。 还应防止

 In addition, the various components should be arranged according to
the installation sequence to facilitate ease of retrieval, i.e. to minimize
searching and unnecessary shifting of materials that may lead to
damages. 此外，各部件应按照安装顺序排列，以便于取回，即尽量减少可
能导致损坏的材料搜索和不必要的移动。

3.1.5. Preparation of work 工作的筹备

 Proper dimensional control and setting out of the wall opening are
critical in ensuring the quality of curtain wall. 适当的尺寸控制和设置壁开
口的出是确保幕墙的质量是至关重要的。

3.1.6. Marking 打标

 Reference line should be set up at appropriate location to facilitate

proper alignment of the brackets. 参考线应设置在适当的位置，以利于支
架的正确对齐。

3.1.7. Confirm Opening Dimensions 确认开口尺寸

 Close dimensional control on wall opening should be exercised to

ensure the gap between the wall and window frame is within 5-15mm
wide. 对墙洞进行严格的尺寸控制，保证墙与窗框之间的间隙在 5-15mm
宽。

3.1.8. Installation 安装

 The brackets installation will be carried out from the outside by cradle
or scaffolding. A test run for the cradle will be carried out at the
landing. 支架安装将从外部通过摇篮或脚手架进行。 对于摇篮运行测试将在
着陆进行。

 Competent trained operatives will fix the brackets at set out points,
standing inside the cradle. Shims will be used if required to adjust the
brackets to the correct level. Only the required aluminum frames will
be shifted from the storage area to the point of installation. 主管训练的

 Landing platform shall be arranged at the edge of the building which

shall be used to accept the components for distribution onto to the
floor. 2-3 persons inside the cradle will carry on the installation with the
help of 2 person from the floor inside the building. 着陆平台应设置在建筑

 The components will be brought to the point of installation and

positioned with the installed brackets. Brackets shall be designed so as
to serve for the vertical & horizontal alignment on site. 组件将被带到安
装点并使用已安装的支架进行定位。 支架的设计应能用于现场的垂直和水平
对齐。

 Before installing the adjacent assembly “stick type”, the connection

between two components/frames shall be carried on site by fixation
of the transoms, from bottom to top. Ensure that the joint between
mullion & transom is well fit, and then fix the transom with mullion by
self drilling screw. 安装在相邻的组件“棒型”，两个部件之间的连接之前/帧应
在现场由横梁的固定携带，从下到上。 确保竖框与横梁之间的连接良好，然
后用自钻螺钉将横梁与竖框固定。

 The operatives will check the level vertically and horizontally with the
help of plumb & spirit level, so that after installation all components are
in line with corresponding false ceiling or finish floor level. Once the
proper alignment is achieved the operative will tightened all the bolts.
操作人员将借助铅垂水平仪和水平仪进行垂直和水平水平检查，以便安装后所
有组件与相应的假天花板或饰面地板水平线一致。 一旦实现正确对齐，操作

3.1.9. Glazing and Sealing 上光和密封

 Prior to start of glazing make sure all the relevant transom screws are in
place and tightened up and seated into place. 在开始上釉之前，确保

 Ensure all the gaskets are well seated not jetting out of the grooves.
Rock wool shall be installed prior to the installation of glass for spandrel
areas. PVC insulators shall be installed for all the mullions & transoms.
Glass supporting clips shall be fixed on the transom. 确保所有垫圈都安装
良好，不会从凹槽中喷出。 在拱肩区域安装玻璃之前，应先安装岩棉。 应为

 Set the glazing blocks 300mm from the center of the block to the
center of the mullion allowing the temporary clip fixation. Clean the
glass and Aluminum surface by moist dry cloth in order to allow the

 surface to fully adhere to the glass sucker pads. 将玻璃块设置为从玻璃块

 Glass which are positioned at each floor level will be guided by 2-3
operatives on the cradle and 2 - operative inside the building. The
glass will be positioned with equal gaps and set with the side blocks, so
that the unit remains firm in its position. Fix the temporary clip on all
four sides of the glass. 放置在每个楼层的玻璃将由 2-3 名操作员在摇篮上和
2 名在建筑物内操作。 玻璃将以相等的间隙放置并与侧块一起固定，以便该装

 Screw the pressure plate with the specified screws as shown in the
approved drawing. Simultaneously the temporary clips can be
removed. Fit the cover starting vertical the horizontal. Install all the
glasses in the same procedure 使用批准的图纸中所示的指定螺钉拧紧压
板。 同时可以移除临时夹子。 从水平方向垂直安装盖子。 以相同的程序安装
所有眼镜

3.1.9.1 Sealant Application

 Sealant could be used to seal the gap between wall and window
frame if the gap size is between 5mm-10mm. 墙体与窗框的缝隙在 5mm-
10mm 之间可用密封胶密封。

 Before the application of sealant, clean the aluminum window frame

using clean rag. The frame and wall surfaces around the gap should
be protected with masking tape to prevent the sealant from staining
these surfaces and to obtain a neat sealant joint. 使用密封胶前，用干净
的抹布清洁铝窗框。 间隙周围的框架和墙壁表面应使用遮蔽胶带保护，以防
止密封胶弄脏这些表面并获得整洁的密封胶接缝。

 Backer rod should be used to achieve better compactness of the

applied sealant, to obtain a complete seal, apply sealant by pushing
the bead forward into the joint cavity. 应使用支撑杆使涂抹的密封剂更紧
密，以获得完全密封，通过将珠子向前推入关节腔来涂抹密封剂。

 Remove the excess sealant and tool joint to achieve a smooth surface.
去除多余的密封剂和工具接头以获得光滑的表面。

 Sealing joints will be commence prior to painting of surfaces in

coordination with General Contractor. 密封接缝将在与总承包商协调的表
面涂漆之前开始。

 Tape will be removed immediately after completion of the joint. 连接完

3.1.10 Protection and Cleaning 保护和清洁

 Protection should be provided top all vulnerable surfaces such as the

frames, glass panels, etc. Protection of the curtain wall starts in the
factory throughout the construction process until the curtain wall are
scheduled for final cleaning and handling over. 应在所有易受伤害的表
面（例如框架、玻璃面板等）的顶部提供保护。幕墙的保护从工厂开始，贯穿
整个施工过程，直到幕墙被安排进行最终清洁和处理。

4. Quality Control 质量控制

4.1. Inspection and Testing Plan 检验检测计划

 Before start fabrication and installation, inspection and testing plan

shall be established to keep proper quality of the work in accordance
with specification and standard. ITP shall be submitted to the Engineer
for approval. 在开始制造和安装之前，应制定检查和测试计划，以保持符合
规范和标准的工作质量。 ITP 应提交工程师批准。

4.2 Fabrication and Installation Inspection 制造和安装检查

 Before deliver the materials to the site, fabrications inspection shall

be conducted and after finished installation, installation inspection
shall be conducted with witnessed by the Engineer. 材料运抵现场前，应
进行预制检验，安装完成后，应在工程师见证下进行安装检验。

 Sampling and Testing. 抽样和测试。

 Pick up hazardous factors of each work activity and always reflect

 Be consistent with inspection at beginning of works, regular

maintenance of working platform, machinery tools designation of

5.4 Others 其他的

 Safety signboards and barricades shall be installed around working

area if necessary. 必要时在工作区域周围设置安全标志牌和路障。

 Security Guard should observe all passengers around the site. 保安人员
应观察现场周围的所有乘客。
