Pupils should :

1. Pupils are divided into small groups.


2. Each groups will be provided with a situation.
3. The teacher asks each group to discuss about
the situation given.
4. Each groups demonstrate 2 good actions as
customers in a restaurant (waiter/waitress). Assessment
