1. Poor need generation. 
2. Student in very starting said that he want to be fluent in Python there you need th show him
throughout the session that why this course is important for you and how it is going to help
you.
3. BDA was not able to build authority. 
4. BDA needs to build better rapport with the parents. 
5. When father said that child is already enrolled with Lido. You should ask for the feedback
so that you can go ahead accordingly.
6. Syllabus and Milestone Projects need to be explained in detail.
