I have Communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) I need
grooming in……. What would I do to minimize/remove my drawbacks in it?
I have an issue with the speaking module. And speaking is the main key to explain your ideas or
showing your talent. Because every person who communicates with you will always judge your
personality from your speaking style, I am facing very difficult in speaking in front of teachers or
in any group discussion. I always hesitate to speak in many areas like during presentation,
speech, and also in-class participation. So I felt that it’s a huge drawback or hurdle to groom my
personality.

And I have planned some ways to groom my speaking skills or minimize the lack of speaking
skills.
My enlisted plans are:

 Decrease of Nervousness:
Decrease in nervousness is the most import key to speak fluently, And I made plan that I
will do research properly against every topic/subject/work which I would present in front
of my class, competition, or in any conference. When I would have extra material or
example about topic. Then it will make me nervousness less.

 Conversations in English
Doing conversation in English will make my English-speaking accent rhythmic. So I
have decided to do conversation mostly with my fellows in English to improve my
speaking skills.
 Repeat things which I hear:
And I think repeating things/lesson which I heard in class or from any informative event/
conference is also the key to improve my speaking skills. So I will also adopt repeating
things or lessons to improve my speaking skills.
 Doing Presentations in front of class/conference:
I also enlisted the way to improve my speaking skill that is doing presentations or
speeches. Because presentation makes us more fluent to speak in front of huge crowds. It
builds the confidence to speak in public. And it also gives us a way to speak by staying in
the circle of ethics.
