Bar Graph

Paragraph 1
Paraphrase the question using synonyms.

in this paragraph, just tell the examiner what is happening in general
terms. You have to describe the main features in two sentences.

Paragraph 3
This is where we get more specific and use data. Take the main
features (from your overview) and describe them in detail using data
from the chart.

Paragraph 1

Pie Chart
The pie chart is usually divided into many parts and each part
represents statistic (in percentage) for a factor. All these parts
together indicate components of a general and bigger object.

If the percentages are not exact as above, then you can use qualifiers to make sure
your description remains accurate. Here are some examples:

49% just under a half
49% nearly a half
32% almost a third

Avoid drawing conclusions and stating opinions about information that is not in the charts.
The things which aren’t included in the data, do not mention it.

2. Overview Paragraph
Sentence 1: summary statement 1(preview of the essay without presenting data)
Sentence 2: summary statement 2 (more preview without presenting data)
 
3. Body Paragraph 1
First major point, second major point, extension sentence 1
(compare/combine the major points stated above) and extension sentence 2 (extension
of the previous sentence, or adding an exceptional feature).

State Other features and extension of the Other features

between the two maps. 

Paragraph 3- Main Body 1

Three to four sentences about specific changes that have occurred.

Paragraph 4- Main Body 2

Further three to four sentences about specific changes that have occurred.
