iii. Training
We provide proper training to staff and also give proper knowledge to staff so that he can
give answers to customers. to train the salesperson to be more customer orientated. It helps
me to realize and focuses on what it can do to develop our company which how to service
customers properly and meet their expectations.
iv. Networking
East and West. Melbourne Car World places a great deal of emphasis on customer service. It
is presently undertaking a review of its customer service policies and procedures to ensure
continuous improvement in line with industry best practice models and voluntary codes of
practice

1 year at Melbourne Car World and I have been improving my learning customer service skills
