Required resources (people, physical) use resource types classified as expenses in approved
budget. No special financial resources are available or earmarked for this plan. This plan should
integrate with normal operations.

Require 10 hours of staff training per quarter, to ensure all sales member understand customer service
standard, have knowledge of product features and understand importance of up-selling additional
products such as childcare accessories and/or customisation
